Bo Xuan Hotel was clean and comfortable. Loved having a washing machine and clothes dryer. Breakfast had many choices and was delicious. Thank you very much for making our trip comfortable😊

A bit noisy the around the room is enough spacious, and clean also new design , the location is good near by the Futian market area 4 about a kilometer walk .

The hotel and location is great. The staff is friendly and the hotel is clean. HOWEVER!! The restaurants and bars arround the hotel cause a LOT of noise. At night, drunk people get super loud in the streets and live performances from arround the bars cause a lot of noise! If you want a peaceful sleep then don't bother booking this hotel. It is a great hotel and good value for money but the noise from around the hotel is too much.

There was too much noise all over the 5th floor, our rooms were hardly cleaned. No one could understand English when we call the reception. Floor towels should be provided as the bathroom tiles are too slippery. Receptionist I can remember her name wasn’t welcoming

Very convenient location, 500m walk to the markets. Breakfast was ok (Chinese cusine), good facilities but customer service could be improved especially the front desk staff.
