The front desk should have proactively and considerately suggested arranging a spacious and comfortable standard room for you so that you could relax and feel more comfortable. We have had a serious talk with them to make improvements, and all staff will receive training in service etiquette and empathy to prevent such situations from happening again. You specifically noted that you needed a quiet room when you placed your order, but we did not carefully check your requirements. Due to room shortages, we were unable to return the room and inadvertently arranged a room next to the elevator, which affected your sense of tranquility. This was due to our lack of attention to detail in the room allocation process. We have strictly rectified our subsequent room allocation procedures and will prioritize arranging rooms according to guests' special requests. Regarding the welcome fruit: Guests can collect their welcome fruit at the lobby bar after 2 PM daily, where a wider variety is available. Because the front desk failed to inform you of the collection rules and provide a proper reminder beforehand, you mistakenly felt that this welcome was not provided. This was an oversight on our part in failing to adequately inform you. We have instructed our staff to proactively inform each guest of the time and location for collecting the welcome fruit in the future, providing thoughtful reminders.
