Ulasan SpringHill Suites Charlotte Airport

Hotel close to the CLT airport (10 minutes by car). We stayed just a night.. American classic breakfast.. Good and spacious room.. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the airport. Good option for a night (connection flight). I’d stay again.

Clean rooms, nice service, made me really feel At home and comfortable.

Dated but more or less clean. Close to airport. Adequate if you are only overnighting.

Bed is good, 6minutes drive to airport , airport shuttle provided too.

在夏洛特機場降落的晚班機住這裏比較方便，出了機場寫着酒店名字的接駁車停在那裡非常醒目，到酒店衹用了幾分鐘的時間。

為了趕飛機定的機場附近的酒店，還是很不錯的

注意機場附近有兩個spring hill suites 這個相對比較老了，設施比較陳舊，第一個房間沒有熱水

有味道，房間不是天天打掃但是天天拿小費

萬豪其他的機場酒店都不錯

非常好非常棒 前台服務態度特別好

I didn’t like the fact that the airport shuttle service didn’t start until 6:00 am. I had to take an Uber to make my 5:30am flight.

They didn't clean our room at all the whole time we were there...even when I asked them to because we needed clean towels and the trashes were full. Otherwise, it was fine.

Upon arrival the receptionist sounded like she was on a personal phone call and was rude upon check in. The toilet in the bathroom takes 2-3 times to flush. The air is not correctly working. The phone in the room does not work to call down to the front desk. The hot water went out which I understand things happen, but the blame was put on a team staying here. That they all showered at the same time and used it up. I’m sorry but if you are a hotel and can accommodate a specific amount of people the hot water should be able to last. At 8:30 the next morning it still wasn’t on. The pull out couch had dirt all throughout it that our kids are sleeping on so we doubled up the bedding. We originally planned to stay two nights but have cancelled our second night and if it wasn’t so late we would have left that first night we were there.

Shuttle never showed up to pick me up at the airport. I waited 1.5 hours. Constan excuses from hotel manager on duty. I ended up sleeping on the floor in the airport.
