The location is great but the hotel is bad very nasty rooms looking bad and smelling bad

The hotel is located across from the intersection of the second and third districts of Yiwu Small Commodity City. It's very convenient because everything is nearby. The rooms are clean and tidy, but the public areas are a bit dated. The carpet in the hallways is a bit worn and dirty, and the breakfast restaurant is too small.

It's a mess. The carpet in the corridor is very dirty. The floor in the room is worn out. The wall is bulging. The bathroom has a lot of noise from the exhaust. There are a lot of sputum on the floor and it is not cleaned properly. The seal in the shower is not tight and leaks. There is a lot of noise near the elevator.

The front desk of the hotel was very welcoming and gave me a free room upgrade. There were many breakfast options. The room was clean and tidy. I couldn't find a parking space. The person at the front desk arranged to find a parking space. It was very good. I will stay here again next time.
