Pujian besar👍 Sangat dekat dengan pasar, sangat mudah untuk berjalan kaki. Bilik yang saya tempah ke hotel kebetulan buruk, jadi saya naik taraf kepada bilik pemandangan sungai secara percuma. Very clean and very friendly staff. Location and interior facilities were all very good. They welcome you with snacks and drinks. The only thing I didn't like was the balance bar in 22 floor. Because they refused to use the drink coupon. Except that bar, everything else was perfect.

A very nice and spacious room with a comfortable bed and a great open view of the park and the mountains. The rooms have modern controls for the lights as well as motorized curtains, which made for convenience both when going to sleep and waking up in the morning. It was also nice that a phone charging cable with the three different adapters was provided. The bathroom is spacious and has a large sink and shower. It is nice that the shower has a choice of rainfall or regular nozzle. The shower controls were also very modern and you merely pushed the button for your preferred shower method. It seemed that the guest before me was unaware of this and had broken the temperature control and not reported it to the hotel. The front desk was quick to send a repair person who was very thorough in fixing the control. While the shower had good water pressure, it seemed at peak times that there was not enough hot water as the shower temperature was just slightly warm. To get a hot shower, I had to wait until late in the afternoon or late at night. The checkin was fast and the attendant was kind enough to honour my request for a non-smoking room on a high floor. The lobby is spacious with a nice tea area. It is also convenient to have a Starbucks inside the hotel. However, it was a bit noisy as other guests were not always mindful of the calibre of hotel they were in, which ranks in the 5 star category. It was difficult to try to get some work done with people playing videos loudly on their phones, talking on speaker phone or kids running around. This really took away from what should be a calming space. While the hotel attendants tried to maintain order, it really was a losing battle for them. The location is really dependent on what you are looking for. I found it nice to have the open park view but there are not many interesting restaurants around. For the middle eastern food, you need to bike about 1.5km. This was fine when the weather was good, but it was not convenient during the latter part of my stay when it rained all day. A few things to be aware of when booking. The breakfast was large with a lot of options but it really is a Chinese style breakfast. To call it Western and Chinese is quite misleading as there were only a few Western options, such as omelets. There is a great large screen television in the room, but only 2 or 3 English channels with the others in Chinese. There is a shuttle bus to the market, but it was a bit disappointing to learn that it only runs twice per day. The main area for the hotel to work on is its consistency of service. Some of the employees were outstanding but there seems to be a need for additional training. For example, the room came with a complimentary daily minibar, but I had to ask each day for it to be refilled. This was quite embarrassing to do, especially when the stocking was just some soft drinks with a single Tsingtao beer. Also, when I was in the toilet, one of the chefs walked out without washing his hands. While he may have washed them (hopefully) when he returned to the kitchen, he should be sure to wash them in front of guests. Lastly, the pool and fitness area seemed to require special access and the people working at the desk for the pool made me feel very uncomfortable when I wanted to see the facilities, so I just left and did not return. This was particularly disappointing because one of the reasons I booked the hotel was for these facilities. Overall it is a very nice hotel and I would book it again. But additional employee training would be appropriate so the service does not take away from what is a high quality hotel.

雖然衹有短短几天的入住體驗 但是這個酒店給我留下了很深很深的印象 入住體驗感真的真的很棒！雖然看網上酒店已經有些年了 但是給我的感覺完全不一樣 首先無論是大廳還是房間 都非常的煥然一新 乾淨 整潔 尤其是房間內 第二天出去后回來 我一打開門 然後又看了一看房卡 反覆確認之下才發現是我的房間 真的真的超級乾淨 我昨晚點的外賣和垃圾把房間弄得亂糟糟的 簡直不敢相信 真的要為那些阿姨們點個贊 一回來看見我的房間又變成了新的一樣真的讓人心情愉悅 還有就是一定要誇誇貴酒店的服務態度 俗話說 在硬核的的硬件也離不開軟件的襯托 貴酒店的服務態度真的就是點睛之筆 我記得那天我是晚上到的 然後已經很累了 然後我在門口進去后就先坐了會兒 然後一個非常漂亮的小姑娘端了一杯水來很細心的詢問的 然後還引導我辦入住 那個小姑娘的語氣很溫柔 態度也很好 然後我沒怎麼來過義烏 就問了很多啊 像什麼什麼哪裡有什麼什麼好吃的 哪裡有什麼什麼好玩的 然後一些七七八八的 這可能也怪於我沒有提前做好攻略吧 也確實是麻煩那位小姑娘了 她也非常耐心的為我解答 後來也通過了解 發現確實很感謝她 為我避了很多很多坑 從一進門就發現 她們都很有禮貌 很熱情 臉上永遠是掛着笑容的 真的就給人一種非常好相處非常有禮貌的感覺 後來好像聽她們都叫她經理 我才明白 貴酒店的成功之處 有個如此完美的經理 在她們的努力下 給我們這些客人留下了非常舒心的入住體驗 在舟車勞頓之後能為我們送上如此不錯的後勤服務 以後一定還會來他們家的 不過 在他們酒店 唯一的遺憾就是沒有多住幾天 非常不錯的一家酒店 很值得推薦！！！

As frequent family travelers to Yiwu, this so far was our best stay at Yindu Hotel. At the beginning it was a bit disappointing since we didn’t get the room we initially booked using Trip.com. But not really to blame the hotel since it was a peak holiday season and they were fully booked. However I’d love to express my appreciation and extend my sincere words of gratitude to the reception staff at the hotel. They did their best to transfer us to another room and we got a suite. They also added two dinner vouchers as a sorry to what happened. The room was the best and we couldn’t ask for more. Very quiet environment although it’s in the city center. A varied breakfast with a great welcoming and warmhearted restaurant staff. The room service is professional and timely. All in all I do recommend this hotel especially if you want to be close to many locations in the heart of the city of Yiwu. Looking forward to another stay at Yindu since it will be our hotel from now on.

Hotel lama, kemudahan perkakasan agak lama. Biar saya bercakap tentang daftar masuk dahulu, dakwat khas. Pengecaman muka ID rakan telah disahkan untuk masa yang lama. Kakitangan di kaunter penerimaan tetamu mungkin baru tiba dan tidak dapat mencari penyelesaian tepat pada masanya. Mari kita bercakap tentang persekitaran hotel. Sebaik sahaja saya masuk ke lobi di tingkat satu, tetamu di ruang menunggu bercakap dengan kuat sekali. Sudah pukul sembilan atau sepuluh malam ketika saya tiba, dan saya sangat kagum. Akhirnya, bilik itu ditempah. Bilik standard sangat sesak. Dua orang membawa dua beg pakaian. Pada asasnya, tidak ada tempat untuk berdiri di dalam bilik.

過來義烏這邊出差，訂的這個酒店位置挺方便的，離小商品城比較近，位置很好找，這個價位訂到這樣的房間還是感覺挺划算的，房間衞生很乾凈，雖然房間面積不算大，但是很温馨的感覺，衞生很乾凈，還有智能家居和小機器人，感覺挺高檔的，前台的接待也挺熱情的，早餐也還不錯，有水果，麪，粥，炒飯等，我個人感覺挺豐富的，最重要的就是入住整體的感覺很不錯，心情愉悦，贊👍
