Location: walkable to main street. Many convenience store around there. Room : It’s clean well. AC works. No fridge. Wifi sometimes gone. Staff Amazing

The location is around 5 to 10 mins walk to Malioboro Street. Not located in the main road so not noisy. There is a convenience store in the opposite site of the hotel. Easy to get foods or daily necessities. There is also basement parking in the hotel. You can access it directly from your room floor. The staffs were also friendly and helpful during check in, check out and during needed.

stay april 22, Ask for non smoking room for 2 room 2 night from begining, front desk put me in smoking room, from begining they put me in smoking floor, on booking request is clear mention ask for non smoking room. such stupid front desk. room smel cigaret, with air conditioner not cool. room dirty

so satisfied with the hotel quality, the bed is large, AC is in good condition, clean, piece and comfortable. the service of the front office is so nice and helpful, like realy helpful, they guided us how to pay with trip.com which the price is lower than 2 other platforms that we checked. much lower. thanks trip.com. I don't usually write comment, I am writing this long because I feel grateful to trip.com and the front office of the hotel. there is nothing I can find to complain about this hotel, if you insist maybe if that would be great if there is netflix on the TV, but really I am not complaining, cause I don't come to yogya all the way to watch netflix, it's just, maybe for some families who like to stay and relax in the hotel all day long.

nice hotel with an affordable price! clean room, complete amenities and the location is very strategic, 1KM from Yogyakarta’s train station (Tugu Jogja, the main train station). The location also near Malioboro Street and Selasar Malioboro. There are many restaurants and Angkringan nearby. Btw, this hotel also known as HORAIOS hotel.

Staff are nice. The hotel is comfortable. But the toilet has bad smells. The breakfast is ok.

The location is within walking distance to famous Malioboro St and also the central railway station. Staff are super polite, courteous and polite. Top notch. Buffet breakfast was plenty to eat with variety local and international. I did not use the facilities hence I rated a 4*. Will love to stay here again when I come back to Yogjakarta. Keep up the excellent services and the lovely and welcome smiles.

The room was clean and spacious. The amenities were comprehensive but the soap and shampoo were too watery. Breakfast was ok
