We booked the Melia Purosani directly through their website for a number of stays as it provided a good value price which included a 10-minute massage per room booking, a discount on food, and a room upgrade. On our first stay, we were upgraded to a ”Level” room on the sixth floor which came with Level Lounge privileges including afternoon tea. Having re-booked for three separate nights our expectations were that we would receive the same benefits. It seems our first stay involved a better-than-usual upgrade and we were very embarrassed to be turned away from the Level Lounge on our next stay - despite being in a Level Lounge room. Live and learn! The hotel is in good condition, the rooms are well-presented. Reception staff is courteous and helpful, and so too was the concierge at the Level Lounge who ”righted” the embarrassing situation we faced. The gardens and pool area are tropical, leafy, and well-maintained. Wi-Fi was adequate, but not super fast/ The property is within easy walking distance of Jalan Malioboro and other local attractions. I have rated the hotel's less-than-excellent restaurant El Patio separately. Truth be told, service and afternoon tea in the Level Lounge was superior to the restaurant.

A newly renovated hotel, a combination of green and white. The room is spacious, the television is equipped with netflix and other channels. But there is no water heater in the room (maybe hotel can be considered in the future so that water heater will be there). Unfortunately the AC in our room leaked for 2 days. The parking lot is poorly lit, wifi signal is low when we held online meeting, network badwith is low, but the staff is very friendly and the location is close to Parawirotaman area.

Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit! Sehr hilfreiche und nette Gastgeberin und ein echt süß gestalteter Ort ☺️ Zudem stand immer Kaffee und Tee bereit und es gab zu jeder Zeit Toast und Bananen. Besonders der kleine Teich mach den Ort echt zum wohlfühlen. Sobald wir wieder in Yogyakarta sind werden wir dort wieder einkehren.

Very clean, friendly, and respectful of privacy. This place has 3 bathrooms with showers and toilets, 2 sinks, and the room i stayed in had 4 bunk beds, all having electrical outlets. The bed was comfy, and this place also has a fully equipped kitchen.

Overall the place looks fresh with all the running water and stepping stones - however the rooms and esp bath rooms need a renovation. The shower is in the bath tub , vrry inconvenient. As for the breakfast - pls get a new cook to give taste to nasgor and something in the bihun (just plane noodles no taste). High priority / now it is not good
