Could hear the trains passing by. Though not loud. Nice room.

 The hotel has a very good location only several minutes walking from the JR station. Also, the room is quite modern and quite clean. The checking process was quite smooth and I like here

The hotel is very clean , new n located near the JR station . It is linked with the JR station with a footbridge The surrounding environment is clean with loads of restaurants. There is a ramen restaurant with good price n tasted awesome nearby Highly recommend for all kinds of travellers

Everything was fine at first until I went to bed and I noticed black stains on the sheets. I don't know if it was mould or what?

Well connected to Yokohama station and NeWoMen shopping mall. Easy access to all of Yokohama’s main attractions by train.

Honestly SUPER value for money, and connected to newoman mall and just minutes from yokohama station- would stay here again for sure! Oh and they provide pajamas:) and lots of helpful amenities eg tea and bath salts and cleansing liquid etc. Free coffee at the lobby too!

Maybe I’ve just been to Tokyo half-year ago and stayed at the Super hotel near Tokyo station, so I compare the two: the prices are much cheaper for JR-east but the room is cleaner and the wifi connection is much better. The breakfast is just ok but as the price is cheap, it’s acceptable. You can easily follow the sign and get to the hotel. There id a supermarket on the 1st floor. Very convenient.

Amazing experience, it is compact but very close to the railway station. Reviews I checked they said 3 mins. I'll say it takes around 7 mins for casual walking. 2mins to family mart 5 mins to malls. Convenient and good to stay

Closely connected to Yokohama station via a covered footbridge within just a few minutes walk. Close to a lot of restaurants. Helpful receptionists allowed me to store luggages for free before checkin time. Room is relatively more spacious in Japan standard and very sufficient for me as a solo traveller. Clean and tidy. Absolutely nothing to complain about at this price.

Near the station and easy to find food. At start it will kinda hard to find the gate.😂 room is cozy with nice price for just one person or a couple.

Location is excellent!!! Family mart & shopping mall is very closed. This hotel is linked to the station. You can easy to walk between the train station/shopping mall from hotel under the shelter. Even though raining or hot weather, just easy to go between there!!! Great hotel!

Fantastic fresh & super clean! Very close to the Yokohama station and plenty of dinning options around.

Nice hotel. Very new and spacious room. Can walk thru the sky bridge from station to the hotel. I was arrived at the rainy night but luckily we arrived safely with luggage. It’s having a self check in devices in the lobby, you can get free coffee & tea anytime. Around the hotel with lots of restaurants and shopping malls. Nice location & good value of money.

Good location and convenient. Have free amenity and drinks
