Ulasan Oakwood Premier Guangzhou

Fantastic value for 5-star luxury! The Oakwood exceeded our expectations. Good location near the Parc Central mall (and many others). Staff were helpful when we found our room too warm (no aircon in the winter and our room was on the southside getting full sun). Did everything they could to solve the problem. We ended up extending our stay to 3 nights. We did not try the breakfast.

Good location, close to many nice places and MRT. My room was big. Gym is pretty good too.

RACIST - BAD SERVICE RECEPTION - **** AND THE STAFF NEXT TO HER 👎🤮 I want to report **** and the other staff on shift of 4PM 6/7/2024 (i have picture of them) They had an disgusting attitude to SEA guest. They talked bad about us in Cantonese, I understand it all. They ignored us while checkin and sloppy droped off my passport on the table instead of giving it to me politely, then they sneaky laughed at us. I was shocked bc they were so polite and friendly with WHITE PEOPLE but rude to us! Our comment is attached below, we are really disappointed, I was about to book more but the service is so bad.

Central location which js surrounded by the major malls in the district which brings huge convenience to the travelers and satisfy all your needs on shopping, dining and spa. Hotel is very nice, clean and newly constructed. I enjoyed my stay there very much!

For us, simply the best hotel in Guangzhou. Understated, professional service, in a wonderful location with truly great staff. The breakfast is delicious and best of all... the magnificent views from all the rooms in the hotel. Simply unbeatable! We always return to this hotel when we are in Guangzhou!

An excellent hotel, has absolutely everything a weary traveler needs! The service at the reception was smooth and efficient. Our room was cozy, comfortable, imeccably clean and had all the facilities a traveler might expect. The bed was comfy, both the room and the bathroom were large and, to top it all, we had an excellent window view of Tianhe skyscrapers. The Canton Tower was also visible from the window. The breakfast was sumptous, catering to both European and Asian tastes. The level of service at the French restaurant was outstanding and the food yummi. Considering the level of service and comfort, we found the hotel to be good value. There is plenty of restuarants and stores outside the hotel and an attractive bar downstairs. Would highly recommend this hotel to any guests, both European and Asian!

Clean and rooms of good size. Location is good and lots of place to shop and eat.

Very nice. Close to Parc Central and other shopping mall. Many restaurants are nearby. The bathroom is clean. The service of information counter is good. They are very polite. It was my second time to live in.

We stayed at this property for 4 nights. The 3 bedroom unit was great. The rooms and hall are kept clean. It even comes with a fully equiped kitchen.
