Hotel Pantai di Yokohama

Apabila menulis tanggapan hotel dari sudut pandangan tetamu, saya berpendapat bahawa 1 ditentukan oleh lokasi, 2 ditentukan oleh kakitangan kaunter penerimaan tetamu, dan 3 ditentukan oleh bilik tetamu. 1. Lokasi dan pemandangannya sangat bagus. 2. Orang pertama yang anda temui di hotel adalah kakitangan kaunter penerimaan tetamu, tetapi anda tidak perlu bersikap baik, tetapi bergantung pada cara anda mengatakannya, anda harus mengelak daripada mengatakannya secara menyinggung perasaan tetamu anda. 3, bilik tamu, bilik double, tetapi lebih kecil dari hotel Washington yang lain tempat saya menginap sehari sebelumnya. Terdapat meja kecil, tetapi tidak ada tempat untuk meletakkan barang lain. Hotel Washington yang sama di tempat lain sehari sebelumnya, tetapi kemudahannya kelihatan berbeza, dan tiada tuala mandi (buih). Rasa kopi jenama Washington di bilik tetamu adalah ringan. Mungkin lebih baik menjualnya di pasaran. Ia tidak mempunyai perkhidmatan air. Tetapi pemandangan dari bilik tamu di tingkat 19 adalah yang terbaik. Jika anda mencari hotel dengan pemandangan Yokohama yang baik, tidak ada keraguan.

Pemandangan dari bilik sangat mengagumkan. Bufet sarapan pagi juga sangat lazat. Persekitaran Wi-Fi di dalam bilik tidak baik, jadi saya memintanya untuk menetapkan semula tetapan, tetapi pada waktu pagi dia tidak dapat menyambung lagi ... Saya hanya boleh menonton NHK di TV, saya tidak boleh menukar saluran, dan saya tidak boleh mematikan TV. Ia sedikit mengecewakan.

The hotel lobby is huge, the location is convenient to access to Queen's plaza. The room is nice and neat. Excellent services ! We like to return again. Its a good value hotel.

Walaupun ia padat, pancuran mandian hujan dan tab mandi adalah besar, dan saya boleh mengekalkan suasana yang mewah dan gembira. Kemudahan juga sangat baik. Akses mudah ke Taman Yama****a dan Chinatown. Saya mahu melawat lagi!

Saya suka kembar itu, jadi saya tinggal di bilik dengan pemandangan teluk yang sedikit lebih tinggi. Tingkapnya besar dan pemandangan malam kelihatan cantik, dan saya melihatnya sehingga saya tidur! Saya mempunyai rambut di singki, dan saya bimbang dengan harganya. Saya gembira memilikinya, tetapi saya tidak mempunyai kemudahan seperti losyen di dalam bilik. (Saya melihat di suatu tempat dari mulut ke mulut bahawa anda boleh mendapatkannya di meja depan) Sarapan pagi sangat memuaskan! Roti dan penkek sangat sedap, dan ada banyak perkara lain yang saya mahu makan, jadi saya makan terlalu banyak. The Intercontinental Yokohama Pier 8 is part of the Cruise Terminal Complex ”Yokohama Hammerhead”. If you are familiar with Cup Noodle museum, then it's right behind it. It's also a short 10 minute walk from the other Intercontinental: Yokohama Grand. The closest stations for both these hotels is the Minatomirai station on the Minatomirai line. If you are coming by JR, the closet station is Sakuragi-cho on the Keihin-Touhoku line and from there about a 15 to 20 minute walk to Yokohama Grand and a further 10 minutes to Pier 8. From the Hammerhead, you can clearly see the iconic fin shaped Intercontinental Yokohama Grand. It's in a good location with shops and restaurants in Yokohama Hammerhead, Marine & Walk and the famous Red Brick warehouse. The hotel is a rectangle building with an open area in the middle (garden) of the building from level 3. The ”outside” rooms are the City and Bay View rooms while the ”inside” rooms are the Garden View rooms. There's also a rooftop garden where you have a great view overlooking the bay and can just sit and relax in the sun. The staff were exceptional and the rooms amazing. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

The hotel staff is very helpful and the parking facility is very convenient.

At the top of a downtown tower is the Oakwood Suites Yokohama. Upon arrival; after parking in the hotel's underground car park, we arrived at the reception with a breathtaking view of the city of Yokohama and Mount Fuji in the distance. Our rooms were fantastic and beautifully decorated. They were very large with a large, very well-equipped kitchen, a magnificent bathroom, a washing machine and a breathtaking view of the harbour. The cleanliness of the room and the hotel was exemplary. We had a very pleasant stay and all the hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Check in was smooth. The hotel clerk who checked us in was friendly. Check out is self serviced. There are check out kiosks on the ground flr and the 20th flr. The hotel staff told us to check out on the ground flr. But if you planned on storing your luggage at the hotel after check out, you should use the check out kiosk on the 20th. The hotel has WiFi coverage in the entire premises. No telephone in the room (not really necessary anyway), but there is a telephone to the reception on each flr by the elevators. The room itself is new and clean. Toilet is separated from the shower. There is a stand shower and bathtub. Breakfast is good at this price point. 7-11 is on the ground flr right next to the hotel entrance.

ハーバービューのお部屋に宿泊しました。コロナで大型客船が大桟橋に停泊したままなので、それ自体は寂しいのですが、結果的に部屋からの眺めに花を添えてもらえました。 事前にメールでお問い合わせした事を記録していて下さり、その事をフロントでお声がけいただくなどきめ細かい対応に、さすが老舗のサービスと嬉しく思いました。山下公園目の前のロケーションも、レトロながら清潔に保たれている設備も素晴らしかったです。
