Sangat dekat dengan Chinatown Jangan ketinggalan pasar raya perniagaan berhampiran Kelemahannya ialah tiada air botol disediakan Hanya tersedia jika anda adalah ahli JAL Anda tidak perlu membeli sarapan pagi saya rasa terdapat sangat sedikit orang dan tidak banyak makanan yang disediakan. akan kecewa WIFI tidak sepantas yang diharapkan. Katilnya sangat fleksibel dan mudah untuk tidur. Ia agak dekat dengan Stesen Japan Odori. Guan Nei jauh

鎌倉1人旅にて利用（大船には　1週間違いで【相鉄ﾌﾚｯｻｲﾝ鎌倉大船東口】にも宿泊】。一人用の部屋としては　2種類[ｼﾝｸﾞﾙ（16m2 　ﾍﾞｯﾄﾞ幅140cm), ﾀﾞﾌﾞﾙ（19.5m2　ﾍﾞｯﾄﾞ幅160cm)]、又　ﾀﾞﾌﾞﾙ(19.5m2)は2ﾀｲﾌﾟあり　ﾀﾞﾌﾞﾙA（本館）を宿泊利用しました。2002年4月開業、2017年12月に　客室&ﾛﾋﾞｰをﾘﾆｭｰｱﾙしたせいか　ﾛﾋﾞｰに足を踏み入れた際　古さを全く感じさせないどころか　部屋のﾊﾞｽﾙｰﾑに段差が無いことにﾁｮｯﾄ ﾋﾞｯｸﾘしました。　ﾘﾆｭｰｱﾙ・ｵｰﾌﾟﾝしたﾎﾃﾙの多くは　部屋の内装は綺麗になっても　ﾊﾞｽﾙｰﾑは段差を残した場合がほとんどなので。ｱﾒﾆﾃｲは　ﾛﾋﾞｰで自分自身で　必要なものを取るﾀｲﾌﾟですが、ｱﾒﾆﾃｲと一緒に小袋があるので　部屋に持ち帰る際　非常に便利であり　又　冷蔵庫もｶﾞﾗｽﾄﾞｱを使用しており　置き忘れ防止と言う意味で　好感を持ちました。　ｼﾝｸﾞﾙ（16m2）の部屋のﾃﾞｽｸはわかりませんが　ﾀﾞﾌﾞﾙ（19.5m2）の部屋のﾃﾞｽｸは　大きさ的に十分で　ﾋﾞｼﾞﾈｽで利用される場合　お薦めします。なお　宿泊ﾌﾟﾗﾝにて　ﾀﾞﾌﾞﾙの部屋は2種類ありますが　ﾀﾞﾌﾞﾙA:本館、ﾀﾞﾌﾞﾙB：新館となっています。朝食は　7種類のﾒｲﾝﾒﾆｭｰ（添付　写真参照）の中から一つ選択するﾀｲﾌﾟになっており　昨今の新型ｺﾛﾅｳｲﾙｽ感染予防を考慮すると　ﾍﾞﾀｰな手法と思います。

I feel so spoiled yo be upgraded to the bay club floor and the view was amazing. Overall, this room is spacious with a terrace. What I love the most is big TV in room that you can enjoy NETFLIX at night after a long day out. Thank you Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu for making our trip fabulous. I will definitely come back!

No good for families We booked a stay here at the end of our 2 week Japan holiday. We decided on this hotel in particular as it offered a swimming pool. Because of bed configuration we booked 2 rooms. Unfortunately we arrived to discover the swimming pool is only open from 3-8pm and anyone under 140cm (my 10 year old) is only welcomed until 6pm and must be accompanied in the water with an adult at all times. Anyone even entering the pool deck must be in a swimsuit. I feel this is simply to accommodate the social media vibe as every person on the deck was there for the selfies. We are leaving well before 3 tomorrow so our opportunity for taking a dip is limited. A brand new hotel that cannot accommodate a morning lap swim seems like a big miss to me. Onto the rooms. Tiny, and awkward with basins in the bedroom area rather than in the bathroom space. Odd. Shower also only has clear glass door so if you’re here for a romantic weekend with a partner that may be fine but families with teens wouldn’t mind a bit of privacy when showering. As mentioned earlier the room configuration with only twin beds meant we had to book two rooms. We did so but when we arrived they were unable to accommodate us on one floor. Again. Not family friendly. Four elevators service the guest rooms and they are crazy slow. With our family split over two floors it was endlessly frustrating. Yokohama was fabulous just wish we stayed at a different hotel.

The hotel lobby is huge, the location is convenient to access to Queen's plaza. The room is nice and neat. Excellent services ! We like to return again. Its a good value hotel.

Hotel is located very good location for my purpose. It is a very close to train station as well as various tourist site. The hotel is very clean as well as providing good service to its customers.

Maybe I’ve just been to Tokyo half-year ago and stayed at the Super hotel near Tokyo station, so I compare the two: the prices are much cheaper for JR-east but the room is cleaner and the wifi connection is much better. The breakfast is just ok but as the price is cheap, it’s acceptable. You can easily follow the sign and get to the hotel. There id a supermarket on the 1st floor. Very convenient.

Saya suka lokasi hotel ini, iaitu betul-betul di atas stesen Shin-Yokohama dan di tingkat 10 sebuah pusat beli-belah yang menempatkan kedai-kedai popular seperti Uniqlo dan Gu. Kedai cenderahati/makanan ada di pusat beli-belah dan stesen kereta api juga. Ia juga mempunyai gim walaupun saya tidak pergi menyemaknya. Terdapat juga ruang istirahat tetamu untuk kopi/teh/jus dan surat khabar percuma yang boleh anda nikmati di tingkat 12. Dan ruang istirahat ini juga mempunyai pemandangan indah jalan-jalan di bawah. Kakitangan mesra dan membantu, walaupun ramai yang tidak mahir berbahasa Inggeris. saya Secara keseluruhan, saya akan tinggal di sini jika saya melawat Yokohama lagi. Saya juga akan mengesyorkan tempat ini kepada orang lain (yang saya lakukan!)

A beautiful hotel that's more or less right next to Shin-Yokohama station and within sight of Yokohama Arena. You can find a 7-11 on the ground floor, next to the elevators, while a direct link to the Prince PePe shopping center leads you to some eateries and a supermarket. It appears to be mostly frequented by business folk, at least when we visited in late November. Checking in was a smooth process with the friendly, English-speaking concierge. You'll want to grab some amenities such as washcloths, cotton pads, and shaving cream before taking the long elevator ride up to your room. We had a nice view overlooking the city seeing how we were past the 30th floor, though said view gets better once you head to the top for teppanyaki or the lovely lounge. Visit the latter at dusk to soak in the panoramic sight and count passing trains while you sip on house cocktails and savor their beef tagliata. Or maybe treat yourself to a dram of Hibiki 25 -- you deserve it. The double room is more business than leisure, though clean and comfortable enough to relax in after a long day out. There's a safe and a mini-fridge, as well as an air-conditioning remote mounted on the wall, and a room control panel by the bedside. There's also a table right by the TV that could pass as a work desk (with accompanying chair) if needed, though I much prefer the sofa by the windows so I can ruminate on my choices while at the Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum. I should also mention that the housekeeping staff are incredibly warm and friendly should you cross paths. It's these little things that make a stay enjoyable, you know? Excellent value and a definite return should Yokohama ever be on the itinerary again.
