Ia baru! Ia luas dengan kawasan air yang berasingan, dan ia berada di tingkat 26, jadi saya boleh melihat jauh. Sarapan adalah ***a bufet, jadi terdapat Jepun, Barat dan Cina. Akses dari stesen juga baik. Juga, saya tertanya-tanya sama ada saya boleh menggunakannya

Bangunan itu sangat indah sehingga saya bingung ke mana hendak masuk dan pergi ke meja depan. Saya fikir anda akan faham sebaik sahaja anda menginap, tetapi sukar untuk tinggal melainkan anda biasa dengan nombor bilik. Tidak banyak restoran di sekitar, jadi kebanyakan makanan adalah di kedai serbaneka yang boleh dikunjungi dari hotel. Lokasinya juga sukar dicari Lobi dan bilik adalah ber***a dan mewah. Ia mengambil masa kurang daripada 3 minit dari hotel untuk pergi ke Pia Arena, jadi ia adalah mudah untuk tinggal berdekatan.

The hotel is stunning! Great location, there is a car park attached to the hotel if you are driving, it’s very convenience. Definitely will come back again

Everything was great, lovely hotel with great view. Love how everywhere we walk from the hotel, we get to see beautiful sceneries. The only unfortunate event is that they don’t provide water or water bottle upon requested as we badly needed some plain water but was told to wait till next day. Other than that, all is good, so just be prepared to bring your own water.

Hotel is near and tidy, centrally located and not far away from city center. Service is good and staff and pleasant and helpful! Would recommend to my friends!

Very clean and friendly staff. However, the room is lack of a hotel interior structure (especially a 5star hotel). I guess the hotel was renovated from regular office room. You can easily see and feel the "trying to fit in" "trying to make a hotel room".

Very modern and clean hotel. Unfortunately my son can’t use the pool. Will be good if they can include children to use the pool. This hotel is more for couples as compared to families.

Great view as rooms are from 21st floor onwards but take note you have to carry your luggage to the 20th floor where the reception is. Need to collect your toiletries at the lobby, not provided in rooms (not a big problem and you take what you need). This is a new stylish hotel with clean and spacious rooms. Decor is modern and stylish with clean lines. Love the lavender fragrance that greets everyone who enters the lift lobby area on 1st floor where you take the lift to 20th floor (where the reception is). Close enough access to nearby shopping malls and train station (about 5 mins walk). The layout of the room especially the toilet/bathroom area in the room is most interesting. The toilet and bathroom are located separately. The door of the toilet is a wooden door but the door of the bathroom is a transparent glass door. There is this section containing the toilet/bathroom/changing area/sink/area where you hang your clothes (imagine a walk in wardrobe) and this section is separated from the sleeping section of the room by a door which you have to pull across. Take note you cannot lock this door. Also, the door of the bathroom is transparent (see through), not frosted and there are no curtains or screen. This can be inconvenient or someone may feel uncomfortable when there are children around or if you are staying with friends. This is especially so when the door between this walk in wardrobe area and sleeping area cannot be locked to prevent people from accidentally seeing your roommate taking a bath. This walk in wardrobe section is between the sleeping section and the door of the room. When a person is bathing, your roommates cannot enter the room (assuming the door is locked from inside) or the roommates enter the room and see a someone taking a bath(assuming the door is not locked from inside). There is also no table where someone can do their work and may not be suitable for business travellers.

This is my 2nd time staying in this hotel within a year & will definitely stay here again in the future. Hotel is located at great location (walking distance to most of the tourist places). The hotel facilities are great as there are indoor & outdoor pool, gym & etc. The hotel breakfast is great with lots of food choices.

The hotel was very clean and beautiful, it smelled lovely and had good views. The room was spacious and comfortable, the shower was nice and hot. Hotel was close to the port and the subway. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very new, and on high floors. Very efficient services during check-in. Nearby tourist spots and could be reached on foot. Will definitely come back!

It’s a common hotel. Clean and the staff at the parking place was nice and patient.
