Bangunan itu sangat indah sehingga saya bingung ke mana hendak masuk dan pergi ke meja depan. Saya fikir anda akan faham sebaik sahaja anda menginap, tetapi sukar untuk tinggal melainkan anda biasa dengan nombor bilik. Tidak banyak restoran di sekitar, jadi kebanyakan makanan adalah di kedai serbaneka yang boleh dikunjungi dari hotel. Lokasinya juga sukar dicari Lobi dan bilik adalah ber***a dan mewah. Ia mengambil masa kurang daripada 3 minit dari hotel untuk pergi ke Pia Arena, jadi ia adalah mudah untuk tinggal berdekatan.

During my recent trip to Tokyo, I stayed three nights at the Mitsui Garden Hotel Yokohama Minatomirai Premier, and it was fantastic! The sea view was breathtaking, and the attention to detail made my stay incredibly comfortable. My room had floor-to-ceiling windows that brought in stunning views—whether it was the ocean by day or the city lights at night, I could never get enough! The hotel’s amenities were a delight. I loved the rooftop pool and the indoor gym, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The Italian restaurant and bar offered delicious food, and I highly recommend the breakfast. The location was also convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The modern design, inspired by Yokohama’s cruise culture, added a unique touch to my stay. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I felt I truly got my money's worth!

New Hotel Crowded in weekend . Q to check in/ out Good breakfast , lots of choices Near to March IS shopping mall , lots of Of food , shopping . approx 10 mins walking to train station.

The room was cheap but very good. Apart from being spacious and clean, it also offered a great view to Mount Fuji. Breakfast also had a variety of choices and delicious. Will definitely revisit again.

Hotel price is reasonably priced with decent sized room. Room design is very modern with separated bathtub and shower that comes with stunning view. Amenities were well thought, especially in love with the bathroom hairdryer is an expensive one. Room also comes with smart TV for entertainment such as Netflix and YouTube. Room doesn’t feel claustrophobic as there were sufficient full height windows with natural lightings. Check in is at 3pm local time, earlier check in requires additional price. I also found out this is normal in Japan. They have nice lounge for u to wait or just chill with scenic views. Hotel staff speaks good English and very helpful and attentive. There’s a Lawson mart at level 2 of the building which is convenient. Thank u and will be back whenever I’m in Yokohama!

It was a very pleasant stay. Location is good closed to shopping mall. Room was spacious and clean, and view was nice.

Great location, fantastic view from the window, really clean and modern, and highly professional service. Overall very impressed and would definitely stay again!

Love the general vibe of the hotel. It’s very new and clean. Rooms are spacious in japanese terms. Staff are super friendly. The skypool is not huge but good enough for a quick relaxation with poolside drinks. I’d definitely book this hotel again when I visit Yokohama the next time!

The hotel is stunning! Great location, there is a car park attached to the hotel if you are driving, it’s very convenience. Definitely will come back again

Reasonably priced hotel. Room is spacious for Japan's standards. Walking distance to the subway and shopping malls. You can also get a view of Mount Fuji, if you're lucky!

View was excellent, so is the location. However, the service & amenities did not feel to be very pleasant. The landline in my room was out of service, and I had went down to Floor 20 to reflect about it. However, there was no assistance or any attempts to fix the landline which is troublesome. Considering that I am staying in one of the most expensive rooms in the hotel, it was rather concerning that staff did not make sure the amenities are functioning well, or responding favorably to the feedback received. I understand that it is a busy period, but I am sure this is not the first time the landline phone in a room had broken down, it should not take much time or effort to fix this issue, as staff should have the experience to cope with such situations in the first place. In Room Massage itself was great. However, at Floor 20 (due to out of service landline), I had approached the staff on Floor 20 to make a reservation for In Room Massage. I was told verbally that it was about 7,000 Yen and would last for 75 minutes. However, staff arrived late, which was okay, but service ended after 45 minutes. Massage period went from 75 minutes to 45 minutes, and expense increased from 7000 Yen to 7800 Yen, which does not make sense for me. Furthermore, staff is aware that I am staying alone in the room and I am a male. It was very inconsiderate for them to send a female staff over for the bacm massage (though I am fully clothed and it is only a back massage), and that I had turned on the television so that the room would not be too quiet it still felt very awkward and inappropriate. In the first place, this situation should not have even happened. I expected a male staff instead, or at least two staff that are present, in case of any unwanted misunderstandings. I am quite shocked at the process and how the staff grossly overlooked this point. I hope this service could be improved in the future, not just to protect the customers, but also to protect the staff at the same time. That being said, the massage itself was very relaxing and soothing.
