Ulasan JR-EAST HOTEL METS YOKOHAMA TSURUMI

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the JR-East Hotel Mets Yokohama Tsurumi, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for travelers looking to explore Yokohama or needing easy access to Tokyo. Being right next to Tsurumi Station makes it incredibly easy to get around without relying too much on taxis or long walks. The room itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Though not overly spacious, it made efficient use of space, ensuring a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. What stood out most was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The complimentary breakfast offered a nice variety of both Japanese and Western options, which was a great way to start the day. If I had to find any fault, it would be that the hotel is located in a quieter part of Yokohama, which might not suit everyone's taste. However, for me, it added to the charm and made for a peaceful retreat after busy days of sightseeing. Overall, I highly recommend the JR-East Hotel Mets Yokohama Tsurumi for its comfort, convenience, and outstanding hospitality. It offers excellent value for money and is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting the Yokohama area.

The best hotel I have ever stayed at! Not because it’s as fancy as a 5-star hotel, but the service, location, cleanliness, and amenities (like the large bath, bath powder, tea, and water) far exceed the price you pay.

The location is excellent. The room is very clean. I enjoy staying in this hotel. 

Decent business hotel next to Tsurumi station. Prices could be lower and rooms larger, but it is what it is.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was just within the station so it’s convenient to travel around. There are also a lot of shops around like pharmacy, convenience store and so on. They also have a lot of amenities in 3rd floor.

Great access to Haneda airport, city of Tokyo and Yokohama. Good location for a one night transiting.

真的超級棒👍🏻房間大，服務好，地理位置優越，出門就是兩條電車線！ 樓下啥都有，CIAL裏面有超市，有成城石井，有優衣庫，有ABC Mart，還有很多餐館！

房間不大不小，地理位置好，近地鐵，服務中規中矩，不足之處就是在客人不需要打掃房間的前提下酒店不會為第二天續住的客人提供毛巾和水！需要主動要求提供！

공항으로 친구 픽업을 해야해서 하루 묵었는데요. 너무 좋아요. 깨끗하고 직원분도 친절하고~ 입욕제도 너무 좋았습니다. 조식쿠폰으로 스타벅스 1인 1200엔을 주는데요. 너무 좋은데요~ 추천합니다.

周邊非常方便就是JR和京急，去哪都方便，便利店很多，第一天迷路了千萬不要做到八丁畷，跟着導航拖着行李箱恨不得走哭我好不容易才找到酒店，做到京急鶴見就行，千萬別學我😅，對了早飯是星巴克的券

酒店交通方便，樓下有超市便利店！服務水平較之前有所下降，旺季入住性價比不高！淡季價格不僅低還有早餐提供！

完美的體驗，去東京，去羽田，去鐮昌都很方便，價格比市區的酒店便宜。雖然不是市區，但是吃飯購物都很方便。

地點方便，鶴見站旁邊，乘搭JR私鐵也很方便。酒店附近很多食肆及便利店，不用擔心找不到東西吃，另外酒店的早餐是樓下Starbucks，用早餐券就可以自選相對應價錢的東西，雖然不是自助餐的款式，但是也很足夠，酒店員工也很友善，會考慮再次入住。
