Basic but comfortable stay. The room and toilet were clean. The location was great to explore york and nearby spark box (eatery) & convenience store

12月25日掛牌出去，有人清潔垃圾。但第日26日掛牌出去，沒有人清潔，垃圾堆積如小山，頗不衛生。不好。

Came to York for a weekend away and the hotel was exactly what we needed. Both rooms and communal areas were clean and tidy, basic but nothing to complain about and dint need anything more. Staff are absolute angels. Every person we spoke to behind reception were lovely and smiley and eager to be helpful when we needed them. Even the housekeeping staff were lovely when we passed them in the corridor in the morning, saying good morning and giving us a smile. We were also able to leave our luggage in a dedicated, locked room after check out while waiting for our train which was really helpful!

Lovely stay for my birthday. Hotel is in a great area for accessing restaurants, bars and shops. Hotel had everything we needed.

First and it will be the last stay in a Travelodge. The bathroom was filthy the toilet especially, TV not working excuse was they were down everywhere the WiFi was a nightmare to connect and took over an hour to sort out. The walls are paper thin you can hear everything next door, and then weather spoons is right next door, our room overlooked the smoking area of the pub noise awful never closed my eyes all night be warned
