We returned home today after a 2night break in the Cotswold shepherds hut! It was just perfect, it had everything we needed with the added extra for a lovely couples hot tub! It was located perfectly for our trip to York and Harrogate. We added the fire package but didn’t need to use it as the hut was lovely and warm without the wood burner. The Christmas dec was a lovely touch. Would definitely return again and recommend to friends and family x

Absolutely beautiful couldn’t ask for anything more not even the bad Esther spoilt it. Idyllic location and the hut was very modern with all facilities We’ll definitely be back and this was our second visit of the year. Very peaceful and relaxing and the hot tub was fabulous

Perfect break. We stayed in the Cotswolds Hut 22nd -24th Nov... Edan and the team do an incredibld job. Would highly recommend, everything was so easy, no hassle. 👍 Communication was great pre arrival. 👍 Once we got here, the Hut was perfect! Ideal for anyone in need of a break!! With hens laying free range eggs for guests aswell 😃 We will be back, Thanks Again Springwood Shephards Huts. Additionally, this is a short drive from central York (xmas markets time)... but distant enough to enjoy the peace and tranquillity surrounding 😃 Dan & Adele

Amazing weekend away for my partners birthday, so lovely with the alpacas around and a really cosy feel about the hut. It was so clean and tidy when we got there and was really easy to use everything including the fire as we were given clear instructions. Would 100% go back again and recommend to anyone. Not too far away from pubs, the outlet and the centre but still has a countryside feel to it.

A fabulous find for a girly weekend. The shepherds hut is so luxurious and well thought out with everything we needed for a fabulous stay. It was so clean and had the biggest towels! The hot tub was great and felt very private and was well lit when the site festoon lights were on. We will be back!

Lovely little find on the outskirts of York. Very clean accommodation with all the amenities you need. The hot tub was fantastic, especially overlooking the animals on sight! After a busy few days in York, coming back to a countryside retreat was exactly needed. 20 minutes into York at most. Ate at the Fat Abbott which is a 4 minute drive away, lovely food. Would highly recommend!

Had a lovely weekend stay! We staying in the hebridean hut. A lovely and very clean hut. The hut had everything you needed and would be perfect for longer stays too. Set in a beautiful and quiet location and 20 minutes from York city centre. Would 100% recommend and would stay there again!

Shepherds Huts were a fabulous weekend escape. Very comfortable stay. Quiet and peaceful. Beautiful views. As well as being only a 20 minute drive from York City Centre it’s also handy for Xscape (30 minutes drive away) for skiing and snowboarding. Nearby Pool Bridge Farm is also a wee gem of a place and well worth a visit for a walk/open water swimming/ sauna. (visited after clicking on link for things to do) Already looking forward to coming back again! (hopefully soon)

We stayed here for 2 nights in the Cotswold Hut and I can’t fault this place! Amazingly clean and comfortable, such a peaceful place and just a short taxi/bus ride into York City Centre! I would definitely recommend staying here perfect place for relaxation!
