Very nice place to stay! Quiet during the spring/summer period due to the area being more popular in winter. Very near Echigo Yuzawa Station within 5min walk. Was welcomed into the hotel nicely with complimentary matcha and snack. Upon check in there was even a cute Gachapon game in which you could win one of their special Niigata/Yuzawa stuff! I won a small pack of Niigata rice. Room was clean and spacious with a comfy futon bed. The public baths were so nice and well maintained! The staff here are very friendly and attentive. If you did not reserve their special dinner/breakfast set, you can still do say with 2 days advanced order over the front desk. I also love that they provide free shuttle to the station at check out upon request! Definitely staying here again if ever back in the area 🫶🏼

Just a short walk from the train station, this place has a fantastic location. The staff are super friendly, and the rooms are clean and spacious. The hot springs are a real highlight, with both indoor and outdoor options to enjoy. Perfect for a relaxing and authentic Japanese stay—highly recommended!

Friendly & Accommodating Staff. Welcome us from the JR train station and handled our luggage and send the luggage to the room direct. Very helpful as they helped us to liaise with Gala resort to get back our lost bag left in the free shuttle by calling and communicating from A to Z. Clean & Efficient. The Impeccable Service. We had a Pleasant Stay. Excellent Service. Bedding very comfortable. An enjoyable and Comfortable Stay.

The hotel location is wonderful , close to JR station , staffs r friendly n willing to help , but they seems not like respond to guest enquiry through email , I requested f half board quotation , n want to reserve the breakfast n dinner in advance But sent two email r without respond , so that I’ve to eat out nearby , their staffs still helpful to recommended the gd resturant f us , other than that , hotel’s room r spacious n comfortable , what I got is value f money 😊
