This hotel has a昭和 (Showa) era charm; though a bit old, it's well-maintained, clean, and tidy. The room size is quite generous compared to typical Japanese hotels. It's a 5-minute walk from Machida Station, surrounded by many shopping malls, though they don't offer the 5% discount you might find in downtown areas. The Machida bus station is very convenient for airport transfers. I'd recommend it for guests who have a lot of activities in the vicinity.

The TV could be bigger.

The amenities were prepared efficiently. The key wasn't a card, which I found nostalgic. There was a stain in the bath that I couldn't tell if it was a scratch or dirt. If it was just a scratch, it can't be helped, but it was disappointing. It was hot when I entered the room, but cold when I left, and the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted properly. I don't know how to adjust the air conditioning.

This was my first time staying here. The two male staff members at the front desk were extremely helpful. Even though it was during the holidays, the hotel was quiet and comfortable. It was very reasonably priced and in a great location, so I'd definitely stay here again if I had the chance.
