We were the 1st guest of the season and this place did not disappoint. The host of this beautiful two bedroom 2 bathroom condo was super nice and very helpful, we did not have to search for anything because she had already showed us where everything would be. She also gave us great suggestions of places where to eat and places to go and explore. I would highly suggest you stay here, you will love your stay. The condo has a high level of fashion and very well made, the condo is a luxury. The best beds in all my trip in Croatia. This place is close to everything, and you will be in the middle of it all.

The hotel is located inside the walled old city, so you'll need to park outside. If you're getting dropped off the quickest way (about 5 mins) is through the new gate (Nova vrata) and go straight along Ul. Jurja Barakovica to Narodni Square (Narodni trg). The hotel is around the corner from the Ethnographic Museum by going down Ul. Široka. At the ground floor is the NOMU sushi & wine bar, the entrance to the hotel however is just around the corner, off a laneway (Ul. Majke Margarite). There is no lobby just a small counter at the back of the restaurant. The hotel is small, with three rooms to a floor. The rooms themselves are modern, clean and relatively spacious, with a large ensuite bathroom. The bed was super comfortable, it had good functioning a/c and the windows out over the street were fairly well soundproof, with blackout curtains. The breakfast was served at our table on a three-tier tray, with croissants, meat, breads, jams, and cheese. They also provide coffee, freshly squeezed juice and eggs to the order. We did get a bit confused with the parking arrangements at first however it appears you don't pay for your parking but wait to get a parking infringement. Once you get one infringement you don't get any further infringements and then you just pay the infringement online. This is a great little modern hotel perfectly located in the middle of the old town, which means it is within walking distance of all the shops, attractions and restaurants in Zadar.

Me and my friend we spent 5 nights here in private room with breakfast included in the price of accomodation and I can't explane how much we enjoied every single morning sitting outside and eating really nice breakfast. We are spechless. The propety was so beautiful, modern and clean. Location is 10 out of 10! Staff was really friendly and welcoming, one evening we ate dinner there and they just gave us free dessert as a thank you for eating dinner here. As a guest we had 15% off for lunch and dinner and even withou the discount the price list is more than fine due to the location in the center of Old Town Zadar. So if you are looking for nice, calm, clean and warm welcoming hotel/hostelthis is THE ONE! - Adela and Simona

Tutto molto bello! Ho soggiornato in una delle stanze per 2 notti, camera ampia, arredata con gusto e moderna ma soprattutto pulitissima. La posizione ottima, in super centro e sopra la via principale, ma nonostante questo non si percepiva alcun rumore. Bella la doccia separata dal bagno. Check in veloce e preciso, un ragazzo ci aspettava davanti l’appartamento, mentre per il check out basta lasciare le chiavi nella cassetta della posta. Nessuna colazione prevista ma in camera ho trovato delle cialde per caffè e sotto la camera si trova una panetteria buonissima che sforna ottime brioches. Il ragazzo che ci ha accolto mi ha messo in contatto con una agenzia per organizzare una gita alle isole Kornati, tutto via telefono. Insomma, super consigliato!

Location can’t be more central, right next to the Roman Forum and Cathedral. Requested a ”Superior” room with view to Forum+Sea and got room 3-VIII. Fantastic view of bell tower and landmarks (see photo from room). Room is compact but spotless. Hotel has several reserved parking spaces in the small parking lot right next to the museum/St. Mary Church for only 5 euro/day (in Oct); 3 mins walk: Ulica Vladimira Papafave (maps.app.goo.gl/teifkQRa2V3C3Jgm6) Breakfast is adequate and comes with nice view also. Recommended restaurant Bruschetta is great. Only caution is the bed frame in the Superior room has few sharp corners so be careful getting in/out of bed.

Au cœur de la ville, premier étage donnant sur l artère piétonne de Zadar. Beau design malgré des communs et un immeuble décrépits. Aucune réception, il s agit plus d un AirBnB… Clim et Tv Sat ne fonctionnaient pas autant dire qu il faisait 25 dans la chambre après une nuit de “Clim” à fond dans des draps en synthétique sans personne sur place pour y remédier… seuls contacts par whatsapp avec l hôte qui nous demande de s assurer qu on a bien fermé la fenêtre, qu on a correctement allumé la tv ou la clim…. Prends nous pour des jambons… Clim ne fonctionnant qu en votre présence étant déclenchée avec la clef de l appartement, autrement dit on arrive dans un four… En résumé beau, propre, des petites attention mais l essentiel n y est pas. Ps seul parking à proximité 10kn/heure en saison.
