White Olive Elite Laganas

Stayed here for a week in June with a friend. Lovely modern hotel, very clean. Has 3 pools. Rooms were nice and spacious with a fridge. The housekeepers cleaned the rooms daily. Hotel staff were friendly. Food was typical of an all inclusive - quite repetitive but enough choice that you could always find something to eat. The hotel location is great as it’s away from the ***** so it is quiet, but a short enough walk to the beach/bars/restaurants! The only thing I found disappointing was that the only place you could get an alcoholic drink (other than wine or beer, which you could get from the restaurant), was at the pool bar, and this was only open 10:00-19:00. Would have been nice to be able to sit outside and have a few drinks in the night. Would still recommend this hotel to others though!

Have just returned from a 10 night stay at this hotel. The hotel was great nicely decorated and clean, my room was ground floor with a veranda outside for table and chairs and was always cleaned daily by a lovely lady. I found the food in the restaurant to be tasty and varied and could always find something to eat and also try new dishes. The staff were all efficient, friendly and helpful nothing appeared to be too much trouble. 3 pools so always plenty of sunbeds and areas to sit. Near the ***** for a lively night but not near enough for noise, really close to the beach, local shops, restaurants and a local bus stop for travelling further afield. As I am a solo female traveller I also appreciated the safety and security of the room I was in which had 2 sets of lockable doors to the veranda. Safety deposit box free in the room and a kettle and fridge. All in all I would like to thank everyone at the hotel for a great stay, hopefully I will be able to return. PS there is a small kitten which lives behind the hotel near some bins,I fed it for 10 days and would appreciate anybody else to do the same I named her Luna, l attach a photo Thanks in advance x

HOTEL The hotel is located in a quieter part of the very busy town of Laganas. The lobby, restaurant, pool, everything is modern and well-maintained. There are 3 pools, the first, by the bar, is suitable for performance swimming and has a children's pool 40 cm deep on its edge. The second pool is more for some group sports and games, and there is also a small whirlpool. The third pool is located directly next to the restaurant, and it also has a children's pool (depth 60 cm). In my opinion, this is where a designer or architect really made his mark. The water in the pools was 24-30°C, depending on the time of day, and was perfectly clear. The water does not smell of chlorine. All pools are surrounded by sunbeds and umbrellas. What surprised us was that there are several inflatable pool loungers, balls, hoops, and other things available. We really didn't understand why the pool attendant kicked us out of the restaurant pool with a baby who was equipped with swimming and safety gear and was accompanied and supervised by three adults. This was not explained to us. Not only in the hotel, but also on the entire island and basically throughout Greece, there are cats. These are part of this country, the Greeks love them, and if you don't, don't go to Greece. I have seen other guests kicking cats, for example. There are two cats living by the hotel and often visitig it, but they are not disturbing guests, if they don't want to. STAFF Complete satisfaction - everyone, except for the above-mentioned one-off exception, is absolutely helpful, willing, and kind, most of them speak good English. We were here with a two-year-old child, which is not always pleasant for everyone, but the staff was excellent and even made jokes with him. In particular, Bruna, Criss, Costas, Joanna, and Romeo are professional employees, overflowing with genuine kindness, helpfulness. ROOM Our room (superior triple) was modernly equipped, with a balcony and a large bathroom, equipped with a safe, electric kettle, a drip coffee maker, a refrigerator, tea, coffee, and utensils. We received a very pleasant fruit basket and sparkling wine as a welcome gift. Although we read in reviews that the waste smells, this was not the case in our room. However, it is true that the waste drains slowly - but this is caused by the guests themselves - they come from the beach all covered in sand and go to shower in the room instead of in the designated areas... The room is simply great, the "worst" thing that was in the room was a slightly worn-out handle in the bathroom, but I'm more writing this as a kind of "joke". The room is cleaned and swept every day, and the bed linen and towels are changed every day. FOOD The food evaluation is very subjective, but I will try to provide an objective assessment. I came here on for a hen due for 4 nights, the food was amazing and everything was lovely apart from the day where one of the maids decided to go into the maid of honours SEALED handbag and steal a sentimental necklace and purse from the room, we complained to the receptionist and asked for the general manager who accused us of lieing and was very unprofessional, would not trust this hotel for a matter of Mondays hence the 1* rating, nothing is safe there and the staff will make a field day of taking your belongings!

Fabulous, the people were so friendly, the food awesome,Panos as the bar manager such a lovely fella,as is Alex and the guys in the restaurant, so clean,great pool,do the trips from town,speedboat trips excellent value would go back tomorrow, Highly recommended,

Hotel lovely meals awful no variety nowhere to get burgers or chips or pizza even though its fully inclusive no entertainment at all notthing to do except lie around the pool or sit on your balcony we went for a wedding and tge brides room gad no air con and it took 5 days fir them to give her a different room even though she had brought 40 guest with her she got no preferential treatment will not return

Wow fantastic amazing arrived at the white olive premium Laganas where there was an issue with our booking.The 2 girls on the reception and Costa the hotel manager went above and beyond to sort our reservation from then on we had the most wonderful 2 week holiday lovely clean well equipped rooms extra comfortable beds . All the staff from Costa behind the bar the girls in the spa every one in the dining room made our stay extra special so much so that we’ve booked to come back next year June 2025 Kind Regards The Turner party Room 5110 & 5112

Our stay at WO Elite Laganas met all our expectations. Very nice staff, very nice bartenders and wonderful hotel staff. Special thanks to the restaurant manager Alexandros Magiriotis. Always smiling and helpful. He made the day immediately better from the morning on. He is the face and soul of this hotel. Thank you for your lovely company and your good work.

We leave this hotel today and we are really happy to stay here! Everything was perfect for me, my wife and our kids! The rooms were big and with a great view. Everyday we found our room clean. The pools at the hotel were amazing for our kids. They had the time of their lives! The food and the beverages were delicious and really fresh. Our little kid has allergies and we had a fear of what he could eat. However we hadn't any problem because the manager of the restaurant was always there for us to help us with everything. He knows his job well and he is really kind and smiling with everyone. The same for the staff at the restaurant. We had great holidays and we are thankful for everything!
