Great hotel on a great location with great staff . All professional! From pool guy too security , maids too dining staff and bar staff to reception/managers . Nothing is an issue. Food was lovely! Day in day out … mix of what the teenagers want and what’s local ! From a chef who’s worked and traveled in business for over 35yrs this is an honest review..Pity very few young adults are taught manners and respect anymore ? Yet it is a young fun club area with alcohol.. so got to give them little grace . If your not a social butterfly then it’s not for you (I loved it ) will be back . Tommy room 211 ..

Visiting with my 13 year old granson. The Alexander the great, proved way beyond my expectations. The location was great, a 10 minute walk to beach, which was brilliant for us. The pools were excellent, very clean and plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Easy access to the drinks and snacks kiosk. The rooms were excellent also, very clean and new sheets and towels daily. The aircon worked brilliantly, you do have to pay a daily rate for this but well worth it. We really enjoyed the food, an excellent choice and different every day. Always something to suit both a 13 year old boy and a 72 year old granny. The staff all worked really hard and were friendly and very obliging. Finding us breakfast one morning after we overslept. I'm not sure if some of the people putting on poor reviews were actually staying in the same hotel as us!!!!! I can't comment on the noise level as the manager, when booking us in changed our allocated room to another when he saw I was old and had a child with me. We didnt ask for this as we had read all the info and fully understood that this can be a lively hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel for cleanliness, food quality, helpful staff and location. We traveled all inclusive with jet2 and would definitely recommend them for helpful reps and ease of travel.

The hotel itself was alright , you get what you pay for and it’s cheap so take that as you please the bathrooms are shocking with no ends of problems for the toilets - the security guard is extremely strict but fair , if you keep the noise to a zero when you walk in you will have no problem - only one lady behind the reception ( don’t know her name but she’s a younger lady who speaks good English) , she is very respectful and helpful without complaining at all. However , all the other reception staff are rude and seem annoyed when they have to help you. The food is very bland and not great so I’d eat out. The people behind the bar are really nice and we made good friends with Andrew , a really nice bloke and happy to do his job. There are two pools , the one near the outside bar isn’t great and way to full , use the other pool on the restaurant side. The cleaners will randomly walk into your room if u don’t lock your room so lock it !! Mate had his money nicked off his side. Overall it’s a very very basic hotel , has pros and cons but more cons. Beds felt like rock to sleep in. Horrible beetle bugs that come up to your doors. Loud banging all times of the day when they was cleaning the kitchen but we had a room right near it. Glum looking and food was appalling, so if you don't want to starve stay else where. / vinegar cucumber, rock hard chips and chewy bread is all they serve. Outside bar smelt like poo and smelt unsanitary. Just all in all on the last night if you make any sound even the bare minimal talking past a certain time they try kicking you out the hotel. Wasn't a great stay to be honest. Shower room was small and the bathroom light was rubbish. Only thing good is that the room supplied a fridge.

Hotel alexander the heart break……… Let’s start with the rude obnoxious bar man, to the second hand room with beaten and battered furniture and beds like asphalt. Don’t forget the shower head that doesn’t attach to the wall. Not to mention the filthy brown water that violently roars out at you. And the disgusting 💩 stained towels. Also the cleaners were crap as due to excessive alcohol consumption which lead to ferocious bowel movements resulting in the toilet bowl being coated in a thick layer of incredibly potent faeces which the cleaners failed to remove. Poowiee!!🤮 the air conditioning was 100 euros for 10 days which is bang out of order considering we’d paid over £1000 each for the stay. The pool was mouldy, jaded, bust and broken and was a health hazard. The gym was a dingy Deprived Shish hole hidden away in the basement with most of the equipment being knackered. The lift was the size of an airing cupboard and only went to the second floor meeting we had to lug heavy Suitcases up multiple flights of stairs. The air-conditioning is broken in reception (bar area) and the dinner hall so it is excruciatingly hot All the time. All in all in all in all, this hotel is a disgusting hell hole.

We stayed here September for 2 weeks as a couple .we had to be move rooms as there was a lot of faults in there.even the rep was shocked.second room wasn't that better .but we made the most off it.i have contacted Jet2 and they got back to me yesterday and said that this hotel as wear and tear but it is up to there satisfied.if you want pink chicken (that made me bad) cats running round hotel fighting and dogs pissing up the doors .if you go and tell reception they say come back tomorrow.i wasnt going to put a review on .but Jet2 am not bothered .the rep at hotel had a queue every time she came and that was about a room move or complaint .we have been abroad many years .this wasnt up to Jet2 standards .we had to pay 98 euro tax on arrival cash .WILL NOT BE RETURNING.
