房間很一般，但是我看了在當地的確屬於OK的了，歐洲酒店內部設定也就這樣，但是花園連着沙灘還是非常漂亮的

Worst AI ever ! Room very disappointing as we had a “promotional room” room very dark, never saw sunlight. Completely overlooked by hotel block facing, never sat on balcony!! Knobs fallen off draw, door net curtain had been ripped and stitched! towels worn , one even had a hole in ! Food awful, catering on a cheap budget, food just warm and repetitive, no show cooking only a lady cooking eggs. Wine was horrid. We were given water in room that we needed to replace, my husband helped himself to a small bottle of water from fridge at bar, to be told very abruptly that’s not for AI guests unless you pay!! Likewise with icecream in same fridge we had to pay, we could help ourselves to tub icecream. Hotel in general needs updating, public area shabby. On a positive note hotel in great location, great beach, plenty of local restaurants (that we used). We booked through Jet2 and definitely worst we’ve been to with them!! We won’t be returning!!!

This is really nice hotel. We were here with group of small kids 5-7. We were staying at the main building, the rooms were spacious, with integrated air-condition so no much noice. Sea access is amazing. The sunbrellas are paid, but I do not mind, better to pay your space on the beach then fight every day. Restaurant was good enough, I have seen better choice in 5star hotel, but there is always something to pick, always meat, pasta, fish, salad and everyday pizza or chicken nuggets for kids. Breakfast is always the same like everywhere else, but there is complete choice to get. There is snack within the day and ice-cream, personally I was missing some fruit within the day. In the garden was small playground for kids. Staff was nice. The trip we ordered without any issue, everything well organized. The hotel is close to the Laganas city, which is place for young comming for fun, but we did not hear any noice to the hotel. For us was very pleasant vacation and coming again this year.

It was really good the stuff was really polite and positive! On top of that the food was really tasty and we loved such a vacation for Easter!!! I recommend this place for families friends and especially an escape from the routine. Lastly i hope everyone has a good time.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, perfect holiday, food was delicious. The distance of the hotel from the airport was very good. We rented a car and traveled the island in one day and we can see many natural beauties. Many thanks! And finally we were lucky and saw a baby turtle:)

Very recommend this hotel! Beautyful beach bar, restaurant and good offer for meals and drinks. Beach bar is modern and cheap and service is on very high level. Special praise for Erisa from bar 🫶🏻 She is the best Greetings from Serbia, we will come back

Chose the Galaxy Hotel to spend my wife's special birthday, won't mention her age. We came all inclusive and haven't been disappointed in any depar**ent, nothing is too much trouble for the staff who are so courteous and helpful and always smiling. The hotel has a private beach area with plenty of sun loungers, a well stocked bar with plenty to choose from. The hotel Manager and his staff added a personal touch on the evening of my wife's birthday by presenting her with a birthday cake. Great hotel for couples, families and all age groups. First class 😊 By the way she was 70 🤣🤣

Galaxy Hotel is a great place to stay in Laganas. It’s right on the beach and only a 5-minute walk to the party *****. One of the best parts of our was meeting all the brilliant staff, they are all very friendly and helpful. A special mention to the hotel manager, George, who was very accommodating, personal and friendly. As part of the all-inclusive package, we were able to enjoy endless delicious cocktails throughout the day; either down by the pool or up at the rooftop bar. The rooftop bar is a brilliant place to begin a night out, the bartender Mikalis is hands-down the greatest bartender I have ever met, he is very talkative, fun and charismatic; he will ensure you have a great time (and he’ll make you some sublime cocktails). The rest of the hotels facilities are also great, from the pool to the restaurant. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Zante.
