We had a lovely relaxing time at Lesante and enjoyed our stay though it fell a little short of 5* expectations. The staff are a real highlight always friendly and accommodating. The location is on the quieter side of town (perfect for us) and is a short road or slightly longer beach walk to the centre. There are so many restaurants and bars that I'd recommend opting for a B&B stay though the food was always tasty at the evening buffet. The pool area is nice with very comfortable sun loungers but the lounger politics put a dampener on our stay - if you hadn't claimed your space by 8am you were relegated to loungers without umbrellas on the grass. The sun rotates across the area with very few loungers in the sunshine all day probably adding to the competitiveness. There are signs saying they will remove towels after 1.5 hrs but this wasn't policed. To improve the experience - Rooms were nice but tired they could do with some TLC to bring them up to spec. Full turndown service rather than just offering new towels in the evening. Better tea and coffee facilities in the room. Larger nicer towels for the bathroom as the ones offered were small and quite dry Partitions for the balcony as there is no privacy and you felt like you were sitting with strangers if you were all out at the same time.

This is a wonderful hotel. It has the best location in zakynthos town. I received a room with a balcony overlooking the port, and it was amazing! The staff is also incredible—thank you Natasha for your wonderful concierge service! The breakfast is beyond delicious, and the rooftop bar has unforgettable views of the town. I have seen some reviews mentioning the rooms needing renovation; I felt very comfortable and please keep in mind this is an island in greece, not Manhattan. It’s a top pick for Zante town.

我們是2020.6.3號來的，大力爺爺說我們是疫情過後第一組客人。我們訂的是最上層的有大陽台的那個房間！這個陽台也超級值得了，景色實在是太好了。早上可以看到日出，晚上景色也很好，一天到晚天空和海的顏色都不一樣。躺在床上就可以看到海。 大力爺爺是真心喜歡中國，還有微信。他們酒店也有很多一日游的選擇。大力爺爺在這個島上住了三十年，對這個島非常熟悉，會帶我們去很多景色美麗的地方。 酒店洗澡的水壓不太穩定，設施一般。位置和景色是一流的。如果第一次來島不知道怎麼辦去哪裡玩的人推薦住在這裏，大力爺爺會幫助你。

The staff at the reception was so helpful and they were very kind to my son (4). Also the tours I booked with the hotel were very nice and they helped me quickly with all my questions (even during the evening and weekends). Cleaning of the room could be improved a bit (more consistent). Some days it was great, some days they forgot things. The location is perfect! When you walk out of the hotel you have plenty of restaurants and shops. The main shopping street is right in front of the hotel and the harbor is only a few minutes walking away. All and all we had a great time and I would recommend the hotel.

Great staff, friendly, polite and efficient. We had a bedroom with a side view of the sea which was ideal. The air conditioned room was fairly basic with a smallish en suite but it was clean and the large double bed very comfortable. Sheets and towels changed every day. Fine food in the restaurant but the portions are huge. We shared a snack at lunchtimes. You can eat and take a drink from tables right by the beach. Likewise the sun loungers by the pool are also very close to the beach if you prefer to swim in the sea. We had no problem in securing sun loungers without the need to bag them at the crack of dawn. . There is constant restful music quietly played outside. Although usually not a fan of Muzak, in this case we felt it added to the ambience. Note that Planos / Tsilivi Beach is a busy tourist resort and not a sleepy Greek fishing village but the hotel is on the edge of town and so spared from the worst of the hustle and bustle.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at this beautiful hotel. It’s like a little oasis! Our (very spacious) room was tucked away above the spa, where it was very quiet. They kindly gave us a free room upgrade, so we had a huge in-room hot tub which was a nice surprise! And the balcony was the perfect spot for watching the sunset. The pool area was lovely, with comfy loungers/beanbags and lots of greenery. And the QR codes make it easy to order drinks or snacks straight to your sun lounger. The spa was also great, and you can book the pool/sauna for just the two of you, which is a nice touch. We booked half-board and the food was excellent. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choice, and you can also order a dish from the menu at no extra cost. I was very impressed by the evening buffet. I find that buffet dinners can be hit-and-miss, but everything was delicious, especially the Greek dishes. There was also live music by the bar on a couple of nights, which added a really nice atmosphere. Special shout-out to the evening bartender who made the most fantastic cocktails! We also ate at the Nobile rooftop restaurant one evening. We had the seven-course tasting menu which was very nice, but there was quite a lengthy gap between the courses. We were there over three hours – had we known it would be that long, I think we probably would have booked an earlier table. But it was a great experience nonetheless, and the food was wonderful. The final word goes to go to the staff, who were amazing. The reception team, the porter, the waiting staff, the spa team – everyone was so friendly, smiley, and couldn’t do enough for you. I’d definitely recommend Contessina Suites for a chilled-out break; we had the best time.

Paid 50 euro for a transfer from the airport, but the transfer never showed up. We called the hotel and they said the transfer was on the way. After about 20 minutes in record heat, we chose our own cab and paid 20 euro to go to the hotel. We requested a refund on the airport transfer, but the hotel staff declined. Instead they asked for a taxi receipt to prove we paid for a cab. Seriously? I recommend not questioning your guests' integrity. Our room seemed more or less clean, but not going to win awards in that area. Also, there was a large chair missing one of the four feet, so it constantly wobbled. We did not bother to tell the hotel staff about this, as they were generally unwelcoming and we did not expect any resolution. Cut our trip short and went to another hotel.

We always choose for our Holidays 5* Boutique Hotels all over the world. To be honest we didnt expect that Zante Maris Suites will be the best we ever stayed at.The first impression when the wooden door opened was outstanding. A paradise of tranquility and of course the warmest welcome we ever had from the reception Staff.We offered welcome cocktails,they informed us about all the details of our stay and then we went to our room.The room was excellent,clean and the view from our private pool perfect.Also during the stay the food was perfect(at all meals) and the cocktails were the best we ever had.Last but not least was the staff.I thing that this was the highlight of Zante Maris Suites.all of them were profesional with a big smile and tehy couldnt do enough for us.The only negative is that we have to wait one year to see all this people again.

We enjoyed our stay at Kymothoe Elite. Pros: - Nick is such a great host, given us lots of good tips for the island. Make sure to ask for restaurants recommendations :) - Really nice ocean view from the balcony. Great for sunrises! - Very convenient location and away from the crowds: ~15mins drive from the airport, ~10 mins drive to all the beaches and restaurants. - Great breakfast - super friendly dog on site Cons: - wifi is not good: no internet access from the bedroom, maybe a little from the living room early morning, would need to sit on the balcony to have a slightly better connection. Cell reception could be really bad here as well.
