Literally just got back from this hotel with 12 other girls for a hen do. We cannot fault this hotel at all. Helpful friendly staff, lovely pool it was a nice relaxing time. Food was great and the chips were the best I have ever had. The security always made sure we was all safe. Most definitely recommend this hotel for a girls holiday. :) thank you hotel Atlantis for a pleasant stay gutted to be home xx

I wish you could give this hotel 0 stars. Where to even start, we arrived at Atlantis Hotel in Laganas on the 17th July 2023, we arrived around 11 o'clock and was told we wouldn't be able to check in till 3 o'clock. Not convenient but is what it is so we got our swimming costumes on and went by the pool, 3 o'clock approached so we returned to reception asking if our room was ready and they told us to go back outside, so we did. Around 4 we finally got to speak to reception staff as they were dealing with another issue with other people. They immediately called for the manager and we were told our room had an electricity problem and we therefore did not have a room at Atlantis Hotel. We were told a taxi was booked to send us to a 'sister hotel' which was a 1 star apartment on top of a shop. We asked for compensation however we were told we would not get anything for this inconvenience. Our suitcases were put into a random car without consent and we were forced out the hotel against our will. We later returned to the hotel that evening as we had forgotten our towels. ( when you first get there you are allocated a room number and we stayed there the previous year so knew the room numbers). From walking back from the pool to grab our towels we saw peoples towels on the balcony of the supposed 'non stayable room' and enquired about this. Was told it randomly got fixed, however we were told it was a big electricity problem and it could not get fixed the same day and we would be contacted when our room was fixed. It was just because the hotel was overbooked so an excuse was made. After refusing to stay in the apartment which was filthy, not what we paid for and so unsafe being able to access it walking up some stairs from the street as 3 18 year old girls, we returned and pleaded for a room which they magically had. We were given a room for the next 3 nights, and without our knowledge or being told we would be woken up every morning before 9am by staff knocking our door and making us pack up and move rooms each morning. On night 4 of our week stay we came down so reception as usual and were given a contract which we had to sign otherwise we had to leave. The contract stated we had been given free meals and drinks, had agreed to go to the 'Cactus Hotel' ( the sister apartment on top of the shop) and we had then agreed to move every morning. We refused to sign this and was then threatened and kicked out the hotel and had to pay for further accommodation. A previous review has been written by one of our group and the hotel claimed 'they did not know us'. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE ON THE STREETS IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY !!!!!

Read some mixed reviews so wasn't sure what to expect but what a great hotel, would recommend people to stay here. Spotlessly clean with clean bedding and towels every few days. Helpful, polite staff, the bar manager is lovely! Great selection of nice food for lunches and rooms are spacious and have everything you need. We had a deluxe treble with lovely balcony and view of the pool. The only thing that could be a bit better is the breakfast but was ok. All in all a lovely stay in a lovely hotel

One of the best resorts i have stayed at. everyone was very welcoming everything you would want at a resort. the food and drinks were amazing and reasonably priced. The rooms had aircon and were clean!! miss Maria , Dimitra and espectially Galia made out visit special. miss you already ladies x

I don’t usually write reviews but this hotel was the worst I’ve stayed in so far I don’t know where to start as there’s so much to say. Firstly I booked this as a 4 star hotel and upon arrival it had dropped to a 3 star and I can see why. We was met by a rude lady demanding fees and a 50€ deposits as soon has we got to the desk for any damages that may occur, but when we asked for a kettle that was missing in our room and the safe code she wasn’t interested in helping baring in mind I like a tea in the morning so this was quite important to me. We also struggled to get any sleep as the music was so loud every night between 1-2am you could hear everything then when it did go off this truck would appear to clean the pool or drains or something the noise was ridiculous, the balconies wasn’t the best no privacy to the people either side, shower gel and loo roll wasn’t replaced for the 7 nights we stayed, cracked tiles, cracked toilet, broken toilet seat, two single beds joint together with a big dip in between with a dirty uncomfortable mattress topper. The cleaner left our balcony door open if your could call them cleaners, and then to top it all off the night I was showering all the water went off. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all and the rooms look nothing like the pictures they must have one or two nice suits for photos and I’ve noticed the owner likes to be rude to anyone leaving a review he doesn’t approve of so before you write a reply I have some lovely photos of all of this and one more that would be of great interest to the right people.

Staff were very welcoming... helpful and happy. Hotel is quite small but near to a few shops and a 10 min walk to Laganas centre or beach. (Highly recommend Denny's quad bikes, just up the road) We had food 3 times at hotel, spaghetti bolognaise was good, so too the spring rolls. Ribs were tough... was kindly offered 2 large alcoholic drinks as an apology. Pool is small but good for a dip on hot days. The only reason to complain was the mattress and location of the room. The mattress was hard and you could feel all the springs.. was given extra blankets to pad it out a bit, didn't sleep well. We had a ground floor pool view room.. would recommend asking for floors above.. view was rubbish, no drawers in room just 1 wardrobe. Rooms cleaned and fresh towels daily.

Oh my gosh!! Our holiday was PERFECT! Not just the sun & beach.... it was this lovely hotel & the BEST STAFF I have ever encountered on a holiday!!! Each and everyone of the staff went over & beyond to help us. They were so FRIENDLY and happy! Breakfasts were amazing... so much variety ( you'd never be hungry ) bar snacks were fab too & such good value. Cocktails ... well... they were fabulous too! We ( My sisters & brother ) were sad to leave this lovely hotel & even sadder to leave the STAFF .... 100%. Thank you guy & gals xxx

Great experience except for a room mishap that was resolved and we were given free drinks to compensate, Takish and all the ladies at the bar are amazing we love them so so much! Great stay and would return
