Unfortunately, we were unable to stay as my vehicle was too tall for the parking at the hotel, or anywhere else in Zaragoza. However, l am extremely grateful for the very helpful and professional service given to us by the staff. Next year l shall bring a car rather than a van. We had a wonderful 2 night visit to Zaragoza. We were very lucky to get a room here- our priority was to get a hotel with secure parking , as close as possible to the old town. We booked a space - I think 33e for the 2 nights (apologies- I can’t remember exactly). The room was very comfortable- everything you would need- comfortable bed, air conditioning, fridge- even had Netflix- my guilty pleasure 😂 We had a nice drink on the rooftop terrace- fabulous view. We didn’t use the pool but fyi it’s on the same floor as gym and walk through it to get to pool. The staff were wonderful and always available- even came up to our room to help us figure out the safe! Also the best advice as regards where to eat. Not 5 star but it fitted all our priorities.

This is a three star hotel in downtown Zaragoza, but it is almost like a 4 star hotel. Staff at the reception was very kind and helpful. Beds were very comfortable. The hotel was close to downtown but very quiet. There are restaurants and stores in the same street. It is a pity that they do not have coffee machines in the rooms!

We stayed at this hotel for one night on 22nd September. I am disabled and have considerable mobility problems. The hotel advertises a car park but it is virtually impossible to find. There are only limited direction signs and access to the car park is difficult. Having gone round the one way system a number of times we finally found the car park entrance. An unhelpful member of staff told us that the car park was full and we would have to park elsewhere. Street parking around the hotel is impossible and the nearest public car park is some distance away from the hotel. After yet more circuits of the one way system we found somewhere to park. I then had considerable difficulty getting back to the hotel. I had previously requested an accessible room but apparently the are situated a long walk from the lift, which is very odd.We had to settle for a standard room near to the lift. Having finally checked in after a lot of stress and pain we looked forward to a relaxing meal.No Chance! The hotel doesn't offer any meaningful evening food option. My wife ended up going to the local supermarket to get food to bring back to the room as I wasn't capable of trawling round the city to find a restaurant. Luckily, my wife was with me to help and support me.Had I been alone this would have been a complete nightmare. We have stayed at many Ibis hotels in he past and have never had this sort of experience. Needless to say,we won't be repeating this.

Hotel is easily reached by the bus C2 (aprox 25m) from Delicias Train Station. 1.5 eu is the ticket. Walking is also an option and you can see a bit of Zaragoza places. I went with my 2 kids and the place is new, room nice (with a bunk bed - the kids really liked), with aircon, shower, tv. There is no refrigerator. There are a couple of supermarkets just by walking distance and also a public pool very close (5m walking). Nice place, staff is friendy and continental breakfast just for 5eu

I have given this hotel an average rating because I did not get to stay here in the end and I don't want to affect their ratings badly. I am just writing to alert pet owners that this establishment only qualifies as pet-friendly if you have just one pet. I messaged to say we were travelling with two cats and had my booking accepted. Then they sent a form message saying their pet policy was only one per room. I queried it and they said there were no exceptions even if the pets concerned were two small cats. So someone with a giant Newfoundland or Great Dane can stay. But my one cat and one kitten (combined weight about 8kg) can't. It looks like a nice hotel, but apparently can't see how illogical their pet policy is. Owners of multiple pets, beware.

Very good for position and for travelling around Zaragoza. Busses pass many times during the day and even evening. Amazing customer service and Room. Amazing! Big, so comfortable, and an amazing bathroom. For breakfast you can find sweets and salad plates, nothing special but continental breakfast ok. Not all the staff speak English, but the Receptionst yes so you can have good conversations for your need. Suggested if you have to stay in Zaragoza just a few days.

The state of the entire place gives the unpleasant impression the hotel is about to close down for good. It all is very tired and little welcoming. Nothing has been thought or designed to make travellers comfortable and it looks like management have not spent any money in recent years in this property to improve or even maintain the property to 4 star standards. On the positive side, we booked a suite and it was well worth it. Huge floor to ceiling windows affording great 180° views and a sense of space that made us pleasantly surprised every moment we entrered our room. However, the furniture in the room was completely obsolete. Bed and mattress were from another age, the armchair by the table had no cushion material, bathroom had a 80s design and I can go on like this for every single piece of furniture. On top of this, the large windows had obviously not be washed from the outside for months and were outrageously dirty. Breakfast was a good experience though. The restaurant looked more like a cheap, ageing cafeteria but the food / choice / selection / quality were all above average (except coffee). Great eggs upon order etc. The team for breakfast was massively understaffed but they did a fantastic job / refilled in due time and always with a smile. As a conclusion, I can easily understand the poor ratings of this hotel on TA and other booking sites. I trust our suite made the major difference as it was amazing to have all this space and panoramic views after a busy day (even though I am still shocked by how muddy windows were). But for those looking for service, design and warmth, I'd suggest to book somewhere else ...

Hotel is remote and far from everywhere, very impersonal, huge space on ground floor, endless corridors to get to rooms. Room is basic and 12sqm have little toiletries, toilets is a closet inside the bathroom, the shower with a glass wall is great. Rooms are carpeted, but looked clean, however its a hazard in general. The room has a double door, makes it very soundproof. Breakfast was good, service at reception is friendly, but sometime slow. Albeit not bad, it is unpersonnal and unpractical location, breakfast was OK, but not spectacular. Good place for 1 night, but better stay in the city if possible

PPengguna TetamuThis is our second stay here. We use it as a stopover on our way back to UK from Spain. Its easy to get to on the outskirts of the city near the airport. It works for us as finding hotels with parking in a city can be challenging as we have a campervan that won’t fit in many underground car parks. Very stylish and comfortable. We think €110 a night for the room, free parking and breakfast is good value. We got that deal by booking directly with them rather than using a broker service. The place was wildly busy with loads of students but the hotel is so big, they were accommodated for their event and we really were not disturbed by them at all. Also at breakfast, we had been concerned that the volume of people would make breakfast difficult but we were fine. Our room was great. It had a coffee pod machine but be aware the cups were the tiniest I have ever seen. Fortunately we always travel with a travel kettle, coffee and an aeropress so could sort ourselves out. WiFi is very good and meant we could stream British channels as despite saying they have them, the only channels working were in Spanish or German. That was the only disappointment. I was very impressed to be able to order a bottle of Cava to take to the room and without asking they gave me the glasses and an ice bucket. Nice classy touch. It is near the airport but then if you book here, you know this and will certainly be travelling with earplugs!

In zona residenziale ma molto tranquilla a pochi passi dal centro, la signora al ricevimento e stata molto gentile e disponibile sia nellol spiegare i luoghi da visitare che nel dare consigli. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, consigliatissimo!!!

Will take ard 35mins walk to the Old town. However, the hotel is well located next to a shopping mall. I personally like the quietness of the hotel and the nearby environment. The hotel was full of 60's / 70's vibes ~ the only one that we do not quite like is - too many mirrors in the room... Would be better if tea / coffee also available in the room.

Not easy to find! The instructions say that the hotel is just across the road from the railway station but we had to ask a friendly security guard to point us in the right direction. The hotel, clearly for business travellers, is underwhelming and is in need of renovation. It’s a long way from the city and you need to get a bus to get there. We couldn’t get in our room door upon arrival and, after trying to ram it a few times, had to ask the receptionist to help. She showed us the correct way (keycard in, out, quickly!) otherwise we would have been standing in the not-so-nice hallway all night. The room was basic but we hadn’t paid much for it and weren’t expecting luxury. It was nice enough and was clean. Only two power plugs (one of which wasn’t working), insufficient for today’s needs, and none by the bedside for powering up phones etc. The bathroom fan didn’t work. We wanted to use the safe in the room but couldn’t work out how to. There were no instructions. Another trip down to reception where we were told there were two types of safes, one with a numeric pad and others (like ours) that needed a special card. To get the special card, we’d need to leave a deposit of €20 and she’d have to call a colleague to set it up. No thanks! We went out for dinner clasping our wallets close to us. Two positives: the aircon worked well and the breakfast was good. Constantly replenished and, except for the orange juice, of good quality. Upon reflection, we should have gone for a hotel in town instead.

PPengguna TetamuFrom the reviews I had high expectations of this hotels but, having travelled all over the world, this is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. First of all, it’s dirty. The cleaners don’t do their job properly and the hotel is filthy. It was almost like the hotel wasn’t cleaned at all. Secondly, the air conditioning in the room doesn’t work and Zaragoza is very hot. So be prepared for no sleep. They keep the room at 21 degrees minimum and you can’t get it lower. It’s unbearable. I had no sleep the entire time I was there. Be careful about the pool. They make a big thing about advertising the pool but it’s only open a few months of the year. Finally, the staff are very rude. I tried to complain about the above but they simply didn’t want to listen. They were very aggressive, particularly front desk representative Angel. Even the General Manager’s response was rude and aggressive which reflects very badly on the Melia brand. Not sure if this particular hotel is Melia owned or managed but the service is not what you would expect from this brand. Many of the Trip Advisor reviews are false. Look it for the small number of reviews. All in all, one to avoid.

Jjuanzgz95Es la primera vez que nos alojamos en éste hotel. Aunque a primera vista, este un loco lejos de la ciudad, es ideal para poder estar tranquilos.
El chico que estaba en recepción nos atendió muy amablemente.
La habitación era muy amplia. Estaba muy bien equipada. Me sorprendió mucho la zona de estar, con una mesa, dos sillas, una nevera amplia, y una zona para cocinar con microondas, vitrocerámica, y una pila.
Por otro lado la cama muy grande y cómoda.
En cuanto al armario: aunque parece un poco pequeño, la habitación cuenta con muchos cajones para guardar ropa, calzado, etc. Lo único, que solo había 3 perchas para colgar ropa.
Y en el baño, me pareció un gran detalle que los dispensadores de gel, champú, jabón de manos, etc, estuvieran colgados en la pared. Un gran acierto.
Repetiremos sin dudas!

1er séjour en Espagne et escapade à l’hôtel & Spa Real Ciudad de Zaragoza. A notre arrivée, nous sommes superbement bien reçus, le réceptionniste fait l’effort de parler français 👍🏼. Une boisson rafraichissante nous est même proposée. Ce fût très appréciable. L’hôtel est parfait, les chambres et la salle de bain sont nickels et très propres. Notre chambre avait même une terrasse. Merci aux dames de service, votre travail est remarquable. Le lieu est top situé en périphérie de Saragosse, vous pouvez vous stationner facilement dans les rues adjacentes ou au parking souterrain. L’hôtel était facilement accessible à deux pas de la route de Huesca, nous ne pouvons que recommander cet hôtel aux personnes qui comme nous, ne veulent pas s'aventurer en centre-ville, et qui offre des tarifs compétitifs. Le petit déjeuner quant à lui est top, très varié et très délicieux. L'hôtel est qualité/prix de loin l'un des meilleurs. Nous n’avons rien à dire de plus sur l’hôtel Novotel mais de souligner la qualité du lieu, la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel de l’hôtel. Nous sommes plus que satisfaits. Lors d’un futur passage à Saragosse, nous ne manquerons pas de revenir dans votre hôtel car notre séjour fût excellent. Encore merci pour votre accueil et votre professionnalisme
