Good location, just opposite the train station. Hotel is clean. 24 hour receptionist. It provides dental kit, comb, etc.

It is not a bad place, but it is not a good place to staying, only if you need to stay close to the railway station is convenient, otherwise it is not good

哈哈哈説一個細節，衞生間很乾凈，味道特別好，這個細節真的很戳我！！店裡空間非常大，環境氛圍非常好，整個過程下來真的非常舒服又解鎖一家新店，根據評價選擇了這家，連吃帶喝都非常滿意，非常不錯

Todo muy correcto. Las habitaciones bien insonorizadas, y muy bien asignadas (no estaba lleno y eligieron alternas para no tener nadie al lado)

Primera vez en este hotel, las instalaciones son modernas, limpias. El trato del personal es excelente, tanto el de recepción como el de planta, la ubicación es a 300 metros de la estacion del AVE Las Delicias, mucho medio de transporte público para acceder a cualquier punto de Zaragoza, la ubicación es inmejorable. Las habitaciones cuentan con nevera, me tocó una con piso parquet, excelente, el baño es grande con plato de ducha sus toallas en perfecto estado, geles de ducha, el aire acondicionado me vino muy bien ya que estaba haciendo calor, la cama es comoda y la iluminacion es correcta, cuenta tambien con caja de seguridad. Realmente la relación calidad precio fue muy positiva y lo tengo agendado para las proximas visitas que haga a la ciudad.

Habitation 413,nice el check 12 deje la maleta y me marché , llegue por la noche 21.30. Al entrar un olor terrible a tabaco . La televisión no funcionaba. Vale 2 veces para que me cambiarán, definitivamente me cambiaron habitación justo piso abajo. Mala suerte , llamé indicando que me faltaba una almohada, el baño sucio y con desperfectos, faltaba una mesilla , en el baño los botes apenas estaban llenos. Yo no los iba usar ya que tenía mis propios productos pero queda fatal. Adjunto fotos

Good location if arriving by train but only if you know your way on foot on a dark and rainy night. Finding my way back to the station the following morning was a good deal easier. The superb facilities wa great relief after a stressful evening.

Not easy to find! The instructions say that the hotel is just across the road from the railway station but we had to ask a friendly security guard to point us in the right direction. The hotel, clearly for business travellers, is underwhelming and is in need of renovation. It’s a long way from the city and you need to get a bus to get there. We couldn’t get in our room door upon arrival and, after trying to ram it a few times, had to ask the receptionist to help. She showed us the correct way (keycard in, out, quickly!) otherwise we would have been standing in the not-so-nice hallway all night. The room was basic but we hadn’t paid much for it and weren’t expecting luxury. It was nice enough and was clean. Only two power plugs (one of which wasn’t working), insufficient for today’s needs, and none by the bedside for powering up phones etc. The bathroom fan didn’t work. We wanted to use the safe in the room but couldn’t work out how to. There were no instructions. Another trip down to reception where we were told there were two types of safes, one with a numeric pad and others (like ours) that needed a special card. To get the special card, we’d need to leave a deposit of €20 and she’d have to call a colleague to set it up. No thanks! We went out for dinner clasping our wallets close to us. Two positives: the aircon worked well and the breakfast was good. Constantly replenished and, except for the orange juice, of good quality. Upon reflection, we should have gone for a hotel in town instead.

The hotel is very close to the main railway station, and this is a good point. But it's a bit far from restaurants and places where to eat. Comfortable room, but the single one is a bit tiny (no space where to leave the open trolley, even if it was small). The bed is larger than usual single. Good breakfast, but I had to hurry up because the hall was too cold for me.

I do not give this hotel 5 stars for the reason that there are not many restaurants or markets near the area (I ordered food through Uber eats and it work fine). Out of that, all other aspects are well covered by this hotel. Low price, comfortable beds, good AC and hot water and location is near train station. You can take bus 603 (among others), near the hotel and get to the city center in 20 minutes for just 1.50 euros. No need of taxi. The breakfast is another positive point. Well presented and replenished. The waiters were very attentive and serviceable. Also, the front desk personnel were very attentive and courteous. Recommended 100%...

The room was ridiculously small. No amenities, Smallest TV I have ever seen. I did not even have room to store my suitcase. No instructions on how and where you can park your vehicle in parking garage. I was a disaster.
