Ulasan Naco Aparthotel & Spa

Location was really convenient and was just a 5-8 min walk from the main train station with a supermarket just 3 min away. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful too! The hotel provides free laundry and dryer for all guests and that was really helpful as it was the last few days of our holiday and we had a bunch of clothes to wash 😮💨

房間非常大，又有露台。有早餐🍳好味🤤 非常舒服既感覺，浴室🛀都好大 雖然房間位置望唔到馬特洪峰，但雪景都唔錯👍🏻 鄰近都有超級市場，步行🚶只需3-5分鐘 步行市中心同火車站🚄，只需5分鐘 環境衛生，值得選擇👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

酒店離火車站大約十分鐘，不算遠； 房間空間寬闊，設施新淨，露台可看到馬特洪峰，令人驚喜； 早餐選擇挺多，質素還好

這個酒店空間很大，我和朋友兩個人居住綽綽有餘，很遺憾衹住了一晚，如果有下次，我們還會住着個酒店！非常推薦，酒店的早餐也很棒

Clean comfortable hotel within walking distance of the train and ski lifts. Just what we were looking for. Also enjoyed the spa and pool.

The room was in great condition with very comfortable beds and view of the Matterhorn. Very convenient for ski access and very close to the gen e-bus stop. The pool and saunas were also great. So was the breakfast. They pleasingly surprised us with a Christmas tree and treats.

The property was very nice. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool and spa area was very nice. The breakfast had lots of good options. The hotel is just a few minute walk from the train station and the center of town. We would stay here again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Naco! It is really near the train station and within walking distance to everywhere for a first time traveller to Zermatt! Breakfast had a wide variety too! I would definitely go back if I were to travel to Zermatt again!

After travelling through London & Paris, this hotel was a breath of fresh air; everything felt new and modern, clean and tidy.... and the customer service was above and beyond. We were greeted by a very happy man at the front desk.... which sadly seemed to be missing from the rest of our European experiences. Sadly we only had two nights here.... we wanted to stay much longer and enjoy everything this hotel had to offer. They even prepared lunches for us to take away with us as we left very early in the morning. This hotel should be a top choice for anyone visiting here; you might be lucky enough to get a view of the Matterhorn from your balcony like we did.

We were upgraded to a suite that had two rooms and two bathrooms. It was a very nice suite with a balcony. There was sufficient closet space to hang out clothes. Breakfast was quite nice, beyond the American Continental style breakfast. It was a buffet style breakfast. They even had fridge section of cheese selections. Pancakes, eggs, sausage, bacon, muesli, yogurt, fruits… even fresh squeezed OJ if you want. The reception lady was very nice and sweet. It’s not too far from the train station but far enough from the touristy crowds to enjoy the peace.
