Comfortable family room, friendly reception. The only downside is that there is no elevator and the luggage needs to be carried to the first floor.

Highly recommend this hotel 👍🏻 The Room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff.

Room had a stale smell to it and I discovered a dead cockroach in the toilet.

I had amazing time in Mikkie Holiday, the service from the staffs are 10/10 very welcoming and warm. Room is spacious and clean, overlooking the Gunung Sinabung at the back. Breakfast buffet has a lot of varieties and tastes good. Recommended.

Theme park was closed during our stay. Motor parking is opposite across the street. Some distance from the room to the lobby.

It is located away from the center of Berastagi. While the room was huge and generally clean, there was no lift to get to the 2nd floor and you had to tolerate bright lights from the decorations and loud guests in public areas. Service from the hotel staff could be better, especially for the price they are charging (easily the most expensive accommodation in Berastagi).

We were greeted by friendly staff. All the staff were very helpful. The Deluxe room is very spacious and clean. Love the in-room amenities. We could walk over to swimming pool and arcade conveniently. Breakfast selections of local and international cuisines were great.
