This room is very bad Very dirty The bathroom was blocked with split so that my friend did not bath at that night Also booked the hotel bus at 8am but the bus was no show. We needed to carry the luggage in hurry to the station.

房間挺大的 有熱水壺 洗手間很好也有陽台 通風好 空間舒服 床還可以 床單很乾凈 臨街有聲響但可以接受 早晨有直升機運送木頭 引擎聲持續很長時間 早餐一般 前台一般 服務基本沒有當然正常

ツェルマットの立地を考えると非常にコスパが良いホテルだと思います。 もしまたツェルマットに来るとしてもこのホテルを検討します。 レセプションの案内に日本語もあります。 なお、マウンテンビューの部屋でしたが、マッターホルン方面は見えません。spa(サウナ)がありますが入っていません。

不要認為山景房就是看馬特洪峰，小鎮本身就是被山環繞，離火車站腳步10分鐘，看見教堂經過墓地就到了，導致我本來晚上要去看亮燈的小鎮，不敢去了，沒有拖鞋沒有水，早餐也很一般，如果想看日照金山門口就是，衛生不錯，住一晚還行。

位置很好，酒店下面就是拍照山王的絕佳橋頭位，橋對面就是教堂和博物館，離火車站走十分鐘，離纜車站20分鐘。在河邊可以沿酒散步。有山景，看着木屋。早餐不錯，有很多中國人。服務也棒棒的！

首先我預訂的房間是獨享馬特洪峰的觀景，去到的時候說出錯，獨享馬特洪峰觀景的房間已滿，是trip.com技術上的問題，感覺被騙！如果是預約這個房間請預先電郵酒店查詢清楚！
