Hotel ini berada di lokasi yang sangat baik, di tengah-tengah bandar Zermatt, hanya lima minit berjalan kaki dari stesen kereta api Zermatt, menjadikannya sangat mudah untuk pergi ke mana-mana sahaja. Hotel ini mempunyai struktur kayu. Bilik-biliknya sangat besar dan selesa. Mereka juga mempunyai bilik mandi berkembar dan balkoni. Hotel ini sangat bersih dan kemas. Hiasan hotel sangat berhati-hati. Sarapan pagi juga sangat kaya. Pengalaman menginap hebat! Saya menginap di sebuah bilik berbalkoni yang menghadap ke arah Matterhorn. Walaupun harganya tidak murah, tetapi rasanya sangat berbaloi. Berdiri di balkoni, Matterhorn muncul di hadapan anda seperti lukisan minyak.

Goao picked us up from the GBB station and pointed out different restaurants that we might like. Walking into the hotel revealed a scent perfect for the senses, and the decor was fabulous. We were greeted by Marco’s smiling face. He was pleasant and full of information. He answered all of our questions and was very attentive to our needs. We mistakenly took the lift down to the basement but was surprised when Martin, the owner of the hotel, greeted us and inquired about our experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and it had a great layout. Balcony views of the mountains on both sides were an added bonus. We enjoyed the daily complimentary breakfast, the selections were awesome, and the staff were nice and pleasant. Between the three gentleman and the breakfast staff, we felt welcomed and appreciated. We will definitely stay here again if we’re able to return to Zermatt. I highly recommend it.

Great place in Zermatt. This hotel is centraly located in Zermatt. The staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast is great with a lot of variation. The value for money wins big here. Yes, the rooms are not that big, but you will probably stay most of the time outside.

I was very happy with interlaken youth hostel and decided to book zermatt youth hostel. Free Good Breakfast, although a toaster would have been nice but they have good coffee machine and good collections of tea bags. Clean property and good view of Matterhorn from dining area! The property did not mention that the bus do not go anymore to 'luchre' stoppage. The property is quite high up in the mountain. The bus left me a place way below to the stoppage. so it was very hard to take luggage up to the property. Also, the distance between Luchre bus stop and the property is also bit long. considering the steepness. Second thing, the property does not have lift! It was really really hard to go up to 3rd floor with luggage. For me, a kind romanian staff helped me to take the suitcase to the 3rd floor. I also find the room (most probably 138 or 134) that I had been given at the very last corner of the corridor, which is fine. but opposite to that room, there is another property whose bedroom or lounge room facing my room, The room does not have curtain. it was very uncomfortable. Interlaken youth hostel has the curtain. not all the room needs curtain, but some room facing other properties, I strongly recommend this small addition. when I mentioned that to the lady, she said, go to a hotel, this is hostel. I replied, Interlaken has curtain. she did not reply. while leaving, the lady staff was very rude and said no one can help you to get the suitcase down. One gentleman was kind and helped me. This property is good. unfortunately, it is not possible perhaps to add lift or change location. but they can add curtain for sure.

예약 당시 숙소가 여기 밖에 없어서 예약했었는데 너무 좋았습니다. 위치도 체르마트 역에서 멀지 않고 체르마트 메인거리에 위치해서 어딜가든 접근성이 좋았습니다. 방도 너무 깔끔하고 발코니도 있어서 체크아웃하기 전에 최고의 여유도 즐겼습니다. 조식은 체르마트라 간단한 편이었는지 모르겠지만 가볍게 즐길 수 있는 정도였습니다. 다시 또 가고 싶은 곳입니다.

i made 2 stay at patricia. this was my first apartment stay for trip. in short, apartment was much more expectation. clean room with good cooking equipment including salt, pepper & oil. perfect view of matterholn from good space of veranda with table where we enjoyed breakfast, lunch & dinner. 15minutes walk fm zermatt station to apartment. lovely apartments, hotel, shops around Patricia. i would recommend you should go to viewpoint, to which it would take 20 minutes fm apartment. both daytime and night time were splendid with cute houses&matterholn! p.s. paragliding by flybypara was also splendid. i would recommend it as welas Patricia :)

Very amazed by the level of automation in the hotel! Check-in was seamless even though it was just an iPad. We needed to pay a tourist tax via an online link prior to arrival but we were abit wary given the number of online scams nowadays - perhaps it’ll be better to charge everything up front?
There was free coffee available as well, which was a huge plus. The room was amazing, spotlessly clean, sufficiently big, had a balcony, comfortable bed. One of the staff (a guy) allowed us to put our luggage in the room early even though we could only encode our card after 3pm. He even helped us make a reservation at Du Pont as we didn’t have a Swiss number, thanks very much!
The hotel is a 10min walk from the main train station, though there are free buses which can shorten the journey. We just walked as it was faster.
We were in Swiss for 2 weeks and this hotel is definitely the best accommodation we had - for a very good price as well!

I stayed at La Reserve for two nights during my hike from Chamonix to Zermatt (Walkers Haute Route). After more than a week of hiking and camping with my tent, this hotel provided food, rest and comfort, before I would take off for the final hike to Zermatt. The hotel is directly on the hiking route, just out of the village center. The owner was very helpful when I wanted to reschedule my stay. I had booked for one night, but I was hiking faster than expected, so I arrived one day early. After a phone call the owner booked me another room where I could stay an extra night. When I left two days later, I asked for a very early breakfast (I wanted to hike as early as possible) and the owner made sure everything was there for me at 6:30 a.m. The food at the restaurant was delicious. I was very happy with the possibility of having a smaller pizza with a much larger salad, as I was craving for fresh vegetables. Breakfast was in serve-yourself style, with fresh bread, cheese, eggs, yoghurt. The building and room might be somewhat outdated in style, but everything was very clean and comfortable. And there was a very good private shower! All in all this was a very pleasant stay while hiking my 10 day hike in Switzerland.

PParadise45908430766My father, myself and two sons (ages 9 and 11) just returned from an AMAZING week staying at 21 Summits. We had a fantastic time and would suggest that anyone going to Zermatt consider staying there. The hotel is a two block walk from the main gondola that goes out of Zermatt towards the Matterhorn. If you want to take the Gornergrat Railroad you do have to take a bus or local taxi, but there is no one place to stay in Zermatt that is walkable to everything unless you are are able to walk a mile in ski boots ( tough if you have kids with you!) We were essentially able to ski in and ski out every day and avoid the long bus lines. The hotel was lovely - newly constructed with all the amenities. All rooms have their own bathtubs and there is a nice hot tub on the deck. The ski lockers worked great. The hotel was always able to call a taxi quickly if we had to go somewhere. The only advice I would offer to people staying at 22 Summits is that they do not do dinner service in the hotel, so you may want to make reservations for dinner at night. I would absolutely go back to this hotel, and as a frequent traveler I feel like I have a high bar which 22 Summits exceeded.

Hotel staffs were friendly and made a little hotel tour to let us know the facilities.
Room arranged by the hotel was great with fantastic Mountain View. Breakfast spread was better than expected.
Do note that hotel room does not come with aircondlting. It was alright as we kept the balcony door opened with natural cool airflow.

李李家的木Everything was good at this hotel except the automatic lights sensor which has a very annoying sound throughout our stay.
Other than this, all’s well when it comes to the location, wifi was stable, room design and scenic views from the balcony were as reflected on the website and not forgetting, the complimentary shuttle to train station.

Our room Alpine Suite no 21 had a master bedroom, a cozy living room with a table for four and bunk beds for the kids (our children are 11 and 13 years old). Newly refurbished rooms with lots of storage space and room for a family of four. A small vibrant hotel bar, lounge area and really delicious breakfast buffet and restaurant. Thank you @hemizeus and team for making us feel so welcome, see you again soon. We always arrive by car and since Zermatt is car-free, we use Taxi & Parking Christophe. They park our car and organize all transport to the hotel.

This was our first visit to Zermatt and the Bausite Hotel. We reserved a corner room and received it. The view was spectacular (clear sight to the Matterhorn mountain). The Breakfast buffet was outstanding and plentiful. Freshly squeezed Orange juice daily available. The restaurant is innovative and the food delicious. We used the pool available with 2 jacuzzis. The beds with plenty of pillows are very comfortable. Bathroom is spacious. We certainly can recommend this hotel which has a great location.

JJuuuliaThe hotel is perfect. At first when I look at the photos, I thought it would be a cozy small wooden room which is a little bit worn out. But no! Everything is so new and clean. The location is perfect! Center of everything! Breakfast got a wide range of choices too. Staff are nice. One downside of the hotel is that for me, the pillow is wayyy too flat. I have to put the towels from the bathroom under the pillow. Other than that, perfect!

Hotel Adonis was a dream come true! Our party of five enjoyed the spacious rooms with private baths, each with its own balcony. There is a desk, tv, and very, very warm down comforters on twin beds that are put together. Oddly enough, like the hotel we stayed in Zurich, Adonis did not have wash cloths...so bring your own. Maybe people use poufs in Switzerland? I don't know, but I had to find one in town. Isabelle was a kind and gracious manager, as well as Rita, who worked in the evening. The first floor has a cozy bar and sitting area we frequented each night and played cards. The breakfast room is exceptional, so select the option to include it in your stay. The chef has an array of sausage, eggs, cheeses, cereals, fruits, breads, juices, coffee and cocoa. It is certainly worth the extra charge, as we didn't need to eat again until dinner. There is also a dry sauna downstairs, and for a little fee, you can steam yourself after a long day in the snow. If we ever go back to Zermatt, we will stay at the Adonis!

HHussain RWe stayed in the first floor apartment in this brand new building. The apartment which accommodates six guests, covers the entire first floor. The apartment is surrounded by balconies and a huge terrace directly facing the Matterhorn. Two bedrooms and the kitchen/dining overlook the river. The sound of the river is really seductive! The third bedroom overlooks the terrace and has a huge modern ensuite bathroom. The apartment has been done to an extremely high standard. The kitchen is huge, modern and well equipped. The three bathrooms have been done with modern design and tasteful finishes. There is a washing machine/dryer in the apartment which is extremely convenient. The location of the building is very central with easy access to the train station and all touristic and sports attractions. Many restaurants are within meters away. Our stay was made most comfortable by the constant attentive service provided by Ms. Alessandra who takes extra care and does not spare any effort to make her guests enjoy a memorable vacation. Highly recommended.

GGuest user123Initially I was a bit apprehensive about this hotel based on reviews but it was a good stay!! Great value for Zermatt! Walking distance about 10 mins from Zermatt station, on shopping street. Toilets and stairway up a bit small but ok for us. Luckily we were located on first floor so didn’t have to climb up too many stairs with our luggage. There’s a pizzeria below. Things to note: didn’t see a bin ( only a small one in toilet) so maybe bring your own plastic bag for a bin as well as room slippers.
Place was clean! However there’s some loud music that played even in the wee hours of the night like 3am, so if you are a light sleeper, you might need to put on some ear plugs to muffle the noise out. Nonetheless, A huge thank you for the stay. Convenient, Breakfast was awesome, simple spread but very heartwarming and the coffee was the most delicious I’ve had. It was the Easter weekend so there’s pretty Easter eggs for breakfast too! The lady owner was lovely and check in and check out was very easy and seamless. We stayed for a night and would recommend this place.
