Basic room like an b&b. But ok for the price paid. Many marts and places to eat around. Walking distance to the Tianmen cable car.

Everything was great. The room was beautiful, with a lovely view of the river. The staff were very kind and helpful — they assisted us with everything and even picked us up and took us to the train station for free.

The owners are really friendly and welcoming. When we arrived at noon with our suitcases, the owner immediately helped us with our luggage, and his wife was also very kind. The inn is about a fifteen-minute walk from the Tianmen Mountain cable car. However, the double room on the second floor doesn't get any sunlight, so it can be a bit dark. The twin room gets sunlight and would be a better option, so I'd recommend booking a twin room.

We stayed 2 nights. The hosts are very friendly. The location of the hotel is convenient, and the style is traditional. I really like the decoration of the room with traditional charm. It was walking distance from the cable car station to go to Tianmen Mountain 天门山. Many good restaurants are also around by walking distance. What i didn't like was the noise in the morning on the street and the plane as the airport is not far.

The hotel is clean and good for budget travellers. The main disadvantage for families is there is no lift. The family managing the hotel is super friendly. There is a common fridge in the ground floor. Convenience stores are nearby. The hotel surrounding is not so pleasant.

We enjoyed our stay at Hetianwan Inn a lot. The staff was super nice and helpful. We got free water everyday when we left or came back to the hotel. The staff was able to answer all our questions regarding how to get to the Nationalpark, the hikes etc. We asked for restaurant recommendations and were even guided to the restaurant by them.

The location is very good. Five minutes from the airport and close by, there is an astronomical cable car.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms very clean. Also the location is only 15min by foot to the cable car, which makes it very convenient to visit the attractions nearby

The hotel was very cute and rustic, I had a very good night with a comfortable bed. It is well located if you plan to go to Tianmen Mountain and there are many places to eat around. The owners are lovely.

It was a pleasure stay, bus station and tianmen mountain very close and street with full of everything just next to it. Recommend if you planning to visít Zhangjiajie.

Conveniently located near Tianmen Mountain cable car entrance. Also few minutes away from airport and nearby restaurants and stores. Cozy and warm place, makes you feel at home. Friendly staff and very helpful at all times. Really nice hotel perfect for a few days stay.

Arrived late at night but the owner still wait at front desk. Very helpful and friendly, offered us to dry ourselves from rain even after we already checked out. Hotel is near shops and restaurants.
