Ulasan Zhangjiajie Four Seasons Lai · Riverside Resort Hotel (Baofeng Lake Scenic Area)

The hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff was very kind and very helpful. They enabled us to buy tickets for Tianmen Shan and Zhangjiajie National Forest Park at a discount. They organised free pick up to and from Zhangjiajie Park. The room was extremely clean, very comfortable and up to date. They helped us order food online and brought it to our room. They also gave us a lot of snacks. My sister and I strongly recommend this hotel. The staff contributed to our wonderful experience in Zhangjiajie.

Location is not ideal but they offer a free car service to the park entrance and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Great value for money. Rooms are super comfortable and clean. They have laundry self service and an OK breakfast.

A lovely hotel with friendly staff specially the ladies at front desk were very helpful in planing and guiding about each trip. Adjacent to Baofeng Lake scenic area with lovely view from our room’s window. The room has all the facilities required for a comfortable stay. The Free ride to East gate of Forest Park and delicious breakfast. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend to our friends.

Not the real 'Four Seasons' you might think of but otherwise, had an overall great experience there. Before the trip, WeChat-ed them and customer service was quick to respond to accomodate and provide transportation pick up service from the train station. However, despite messaging prior to inform about the changes in our number of pax/luggages so that they can arrange for a bigger car to pick up, there was a mix-up as the hotel forgot to cancel the first car allocated to us, leaving us stranded for around 30 mins (in the cold) at the parking lot while we wait for the correct car to arrive. It also wasted the first driver's time as he got there early and waited for us despite us not needing his services in the end.  The hotel itself was located in a nice location, and the room was great. It was high-tech where most of the room controls are controlled by 'Xiao Du' their Alexa/Google Home service which only responds in Mandarin so for those who are unable to speak then there's no use for it. The smart toilet is enjoyable as the seats are heated and the bidet function is much needed. One interesting thing is that one of the windows in all the rooms is always left partially open (unsure the true reason for it) but it may be bothersome to some as we went during winter so personally i didn't mind it as a natural air conditioning since most of the room is heated.  The driver service that the hotel provided can then also be directly hired by fellow travellers if you require the service to get to and fro the different attractions/parks that you would be visiting during your holiday in Zhangjiajie. Overall had a good experience here. Only wished for the hotel breakfast to offer more variety, it was decent enough. 

We stayed for 2 nights and our room was upgraded. It is very pleasant to stay there. They always greet us warmly. We booked our ticket to national forest with lower price and help us for itinerary inside the forest. The itinerary was perfect. We enjoy very much. Without the itinerary, of course we will lost. We also booked ticket for romance show from the hotel. In the lobby, they have snacks and hot tea. Mineral water also provided full.

Travel dates: Nov last week Weather: Cold and foggy The hotel is located close to national park with free shuttle. Ms.Lily was fantastic host and helped us all through our 3 days. Whether it's bookings or food, she made sure our trip went smoothly The hotel was good and value for money. Laundry room, pool and gym available. 15min walk to market.

Great, quiet location being only 10min away from the forest by drive. Room was clean and staff was very attentive. Free breakfast downstairs as well, though it is only open from 6-9AM.

Room was very clean and spacious. They were kind to accommodate our kids request and gave room upgrade as well. Very nice location and near to Baofeng Lake.

The staff is very helpful in guiding you through the map of the Zhangjiajie national forest Park and the Grand canyon. They provide free drop-off and pick up to the east gate of the Zhangjiajie national forest park. The rooms are spacious and modern. Recommend if you are looking for a stress-free trip to the Zhangjiajie national forest park.

Located just beside 宝峰湖. Got discounted entrance tickets. Staffs were extremely helpful and patience with explanation of ticket, routes, discounts etc. We were extremely tired and lazy to go out for meals, staff help us order food delivery. This was extremely helpful for foreigners that do not have local no. we really appreciate. Hot food delivered to our rooms while we can enjoy the spacious room and comfortable bed. Free shuttle service to East gate makes visiting 张家界森林公园 even more convenient

New hotel that is clean and rooms are spacious. Offers free pick up and shuttle to “east” gate area. Also can help to buy the attraction tickets. Friendly reception. Helped to receive taobao parcels on behalf as well. Not related to hotel: For free and easy family will highly reco go to east gate at 7am as 9plus onwards the q were horrendous throughout the day.
