We deeply apologize for the negative review you gave.We are very sorry that the tour guide you found on your own is not familiar with the routes here. If you have plans to visit the scenic area later, please contact the housekeeper. We will plan an excellent tourist route for you to ensure you have a more satisfactory trip.Our homestay is located opposite the National Forest Park, only 1.3 kilometers away from the scenic area. We provide free shuttle service within 5 minutes by car. With one ticket, you can enjoy unlimited access to the scenic area for four days, allowing you to get close to nature conveniently.Regarding the rooms, our homestay is designed in a retro style. It may seem extremely old to you, but this is also an attempt on our part to create a unique atmosphere.At the same time, Zhangjiajie is still in the stage of development. The surrounding buildings are indeed inevitable, which has brought you a bad experience. We deeply feel guilty about this.We will take your raised issues seriously and strive to improve and perfect them.
