Less than 10 minutes walking to Tienmenshan cable station. The room is very clean. There is a laundry and fitness room on the 5th floor. There is a local BBQ street food opposite the hotel. The price is very friendly. Extremely recommended.

This chain hotel has very beautiful room! Lobby provides 3 different kind of tea everyday. I was told this hotel is not allow to smoke which is very good for me. But there is abit of smoke smell in my room , the service aunty was very kind and freshen our room again. The only thing is the toilet is abit transparent, you can see your friend shower. It’s ok for couple though. Lobby has a few young lady which I think they are trainee , some of them cannot answer some questions yet. Overall , I like this hotel as they have washing service at the 5th floor. Location is 3-5mins walk to Tian men entrance!

One of my favorite hotel chain in china. Ji hotel is always reliable when it comes to service and cleanliness. In this particular hotel, location is superb as its only a 6 mins walk to the Tianmen cable car entrance.

The rooms were well-appointed with comfortable beds, great amenities, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. I also appreciated the hearty breakfast options, perfect for fueling up before a day of hiking or sightseeing. In all, this hotel offers great value for its location, comfort, and service. If you're visiting Tianmen Mountain, I highly recommend staying here for a relaxing and convenient experience.

We feel very happy during our first day staying at this hotel, so we decide to continue our staying for another day.

The location is very close to the Tianmen mountain cablecar and accessible to the downtown of Zhangjiajie with many option of foods to explore. The service was kind of so-so, nothing noticeable comparing to my other stays in Beijing and Chongqing. The staffs were not that helpful and fast in checking us in.
