Hotel di Kawasan Pusat Bandar, Zhangjiajie

Hotel building is very astheticly beautiful. The room is warmly beautiful with voice command. Ameneties are great. The heater is perfect. The location is very near to the Tianmen shan transportation center. Breakfast is very GOOD. The spread is so various and head to head comparable to Hampton by Hilton. I am so glad that I stayed to both hotels. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I loved my stay at the Mansion Inn Dream Mansion. My room was incredibly comfortable, with a stunning view of the cableway station, the city, and the beautiful mountains lining the skyline. The bed was exceptionally cozy, and the room was filled with adorable, thoughtful, and fun touches . From yummy snacks to high-quality skincare products, every detail was designed to make guests feel pampered and at home. The staff were so sweet and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure a wonderful stay, even allowing me to store my luggage after checkout so I could explore Tianmen Mountain. If you’re visiting Zhangjiajie, I can’t recommend the Mansion Inn Dream Mansion enough. The combination of comfort, ideal location, exceptional service, and great value makes this hotel a great pick.

I paid $191 NZD for 3 nights, pretty good deal! Clean, smart room, looks new, mostly quiet, could hear the hallway noises and some traffic noises (from the 15th floor) but not the next door room noises. Smoking was allowed outside I think, but was not an issue/the room did not stink of cigarettes even though there was an ashtray inside. Staff don’t speak English but with a bit of my Chinese I could communicate with them for the free trip from the West railway station to the hotel (15min car ride away). The bus station was about 10mins walk to catch the 1hr bus to the ZJJ National park, while the Tianmen mountain cable car was maybe 20mins walk away. Some nice restaurants and mini supermarkets nearby too. Would recommend.

The location is soo strategic like you are close to everywhere especially the tianmenshan. It is just right behind the hotel. If u arrived at afternoon and stay for at least 2 nights, u can go to 72 wonders town and make sure ur leg is fit haha because u need to move around to catch bunch of performances at some spots at the area. The show is not really my cup of tea but it was worth for the first timer u should try. And then, The tianmenshan view is beautiful especially if u went at the right weather. We got a quite foggy and cloudy. The hotel located at 10th and 11th building of this AAlogo building (see the picts below). The room is spacious and with toilet and shower separated as requested. Food stalls are everywhere. Hallal food probably should be asked for. Lastly, thank you so much Tianmen area!

This was the best experience l've ever had in any accomodation. We were looked after so well from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Fang Fang was so helpful with everything and it made our trip so easy. She arranged affordable transport for us everywhere including free pick up from drop off from the train station, helped us plan a trip to suit all our needs as well as book discounted tickets. She offered us tea which was so nice when it was cold outside and was super helpful with every question we had. Communication with her was amazing even when we were out and about. The room was also spacious and breakfast was tasty. The amount of time she spent with us made us feel so special and we will miss it, I’d recommend this place to everyone!

During our stay, the front desk truly impressed us with their exceptional support. We were thrilled by the complimentary room upgrades and laundry services that made our experience even better. The cleanliness of our accommodations was remarkable, and although the location was a bit far from the National Park, it didn’t detract from our enjoyment. Our only minor concern was the presence of smokers in the corridor, which was a bit bothersome. However, the staff promptly addressed the situation, demonstrating their commitment to guest satisfaction.

Gorgeous hotel! Large rooms, all brand new, smart features, very cozy. Good laundry room. Great customer service. Better than in photos. Please note it does not have Mountain View as advertised, but the hotel is stunning. Tip for my fellow travelers: try the small family owned buffet restaurant for only 13 yuan (!!) per person. The ladies are the sweetest (it is on the left street as you walk out of the hotel, next to the big restaurant, before the corner fruit shop).

Value for money!! The owner was extremely gracious and generous with their service. Picked and dropped us off. Personally took us part of the way to the Tianmen shan cable car station (10min walk from the hotel) and found us when we were lost in the city. Provided lots of information and travel tips for our itinerary and were easily accessible on WeChat throughout our stay. Helped us book our tickets for very honest and reasonable prices. Should be noted that the buffet breakfast was catered for early risers and the hotel building is old but there are partial renovations. Overall, highly recommend for an extremely affordable stay with very personalised and attentive service.

酒店環境很好，還接高鐵，坐的車也是那種類似於保姆車的那種，很高級。這個價位能訂到這樣的酒店太值了，因為我們住的比較久就給我們免費升了房，房間裏面的燈也是觸控的，睡眠模式可以一下關所有燈就不用下床再去關別的燈了，窗簾也是自動的，床墊特別軟，特別舒服，熱水壺吹風機也都特別好，而且房間裏的農夫山泉礦泉水也是免費的不需要錢，喝完了打掃衞生的時候會給你補，還有紙就直接給一大包清風的紙，還有免費的下午茶。樓下有很多飯店，很多好吃的，而且離天門山索道特別近，直接步行就能去。走的時候還給你送一份小禮物，裏面有小零食喝水還有黴茶。離72奇樓也不遠，離附近商圈也不遠，衹是離國家森林公園有點遠，去的話可以打順風車比較划算，但是已經很好了。反正這個價位是我訂過最好的酒店了

原本訂的大床房，酒店免費升級成了豪華大床房，寬敞了一半，看起來針不挫。 房間很舒適，酒店的衞生確實不是民宿能比的，非常乾淨，也整潔。前台小姐姐很温柔，服務態度好，就連保潔阿姨也很禮貌，不會説因為在忙就不搭理你，他們都會先問好，體驗感非常棒。 早餐也超棒，品種很多，蛋炒飯，油條，酸奶，果汁，麪包，糕點，雞蛋，水果等等，很豐富，我最喜歡吃的是米粉，紅湯和白湯的都好吃，建議一個品種來一份，份量小一點，就可以品嚐兩個口味啦，最好加泡菜，我是三種泡菜都加了一勺，味道濃一些
