The hotel is very good, stayed for three days, very satisfied with the service: the front desk girl Sherry service is in place, the room is suitable for the arrangement of the breakfast is also very good, the combination of Chinese and Western, and Hu spicy soup tofu brain fritters are very good, the room is also clean and hygienic recommended to stay, will often come in the future

選擇這家酒店因為離地鐵近，鄭州那麼大，出行方便。前台很快就辦好入住手續，禮貌但不過分熱情。房間清爽整潔，色彩淡雅。2017年裝修的酒店，現在看還是維護挺好的。被子厚薄適中，是我這一路蓋過的最合適的被子。衞生間乾濕分離，有浴缸，洗漱用品好聞好用沐浴液啥的都是密封的小瓶裝，衞生，喜歡還可以帶走。不過要用熱水不是那麼容易，要把衞生間幾個熱水龍頭都打開，空放將近10分鐘熱水才過來。這不是我們浪費水，是我們反映了這個情況以後，工作人員告訴我們的“方法”！後來一想，不是因為付了房費就有理由浪費資源，所以刷牙洗臉什麼的就不用熱水，減少放水的次數。後來離店的時候，碰上經理，跟他們的聊天得知酒店因為管道維修，部分房間的熱水可能上來不及時，不是整個酒店都這樣。他這麼一解釋，我就放心了。但也希望酒店方面能儘早堵住這個漏洞，成本能減一點是一點嘛。 早餐很豐富，胡辣湯和豆漿是最愛。每次早餐就覺得選擇困難，沒吃幾樣就飽了，哈哈。每次來餐廳，客人真不少，但餐廳工作人員服務迅速周到，忙而不亂。 正方元酒店是個讓我滿意的選擇，下次到鄭州，再來~

It was my first time booking a hotel in Zhengzhou and it was worth it. Some of the hotel stuff know English, which was really helpful. By the reception, there was always an English speaking assistant. The pool is so big and clean, the sitting area around the pool is even more lovely even if you want to just chill and relax. The stuff all around the hotel was super nice and the rooms were clean, room service came daily. The only issue we had was when we arrived, the didn’t allow my partner to check in due to his nucleic test apparently being over 48hrs, even though on the suikang it was still showing within 48hrs, but they said they look at the time you did it at. And it was midnight at 00:30. This ruined our first night. Worse because he stays in Zhengzhou and hadn’t left ZZ in months, he could’ve done it the morning after getting a good rest. The room was already paid, and they put that money to waste for that day.

best massage i ever had (thank you daisy!). awesome meals, perfect steaks, plentiful delicious breakfast. high water pressure in the bath. everything as you wish it to be in a hotel. the Staff were extraordinary: friendly, supportive, helpful, fast. breakfast staff quickly remembered my favourite tea and all seemed extra motivated. they all deserve bonus pay😁. i really lived to stay. though it is expensive. 100% recommend it

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. The hotel is new but far away from the center. We also had breakfast and afternoon tea. Both were very delicious and in a way comfortable. We asked reception for afternoon tea at 12.45pm and they said okay. So I ate the food (not much, but enough and nice) and then went outside. The breakfast is also rich like every 5 star hotel.

Very new & clean hotel.. the buffet 128 rmb sea food special is simply bang for your bucks. Hotel room are spacious & they upgrade me for free on arrival. Stayed there for 2 nights. Gym is pretty big not much of equipments for wait training but for cardio it’s good. Ala Carte menu should have more choice as there is nothing in close vicinity of the hotel. The receptionist (I forgot her name) is the only one who speaks good English & is always with full of smile.. in all very good hotel & the hospitality is at its best..

此次入住體驗完美。酒店位置交通便捷，讓出行毫無壓力。房間不僅衞生整潔，屋內隔音效果更是出色，營造了安靜舒適的休息環境。阿姨整理工作細緻入微，令人稱讚。前台的皎燕服務周到，熱情貼心，還為我們贈送了早餐和水果，更驚喜的是升級了房型。整體環境優美宜人，給人留下深刻印象。如此優質的服務和良好的住宿條件，讓我決定下次來還會選擇這裏。相信每一次的入住，都能收穫同樣的滿意和愉悦。

Amazing hotel. Very friendly staff with great service.. they go extra mile to serve us when in need. Specially we being non mandarine speaking travellers, the staff helped a lot and make sure all arrangements are convince for us. You can use WeChat to discuss any arrangements with the hotel and they will make sure satisfaction. Highly recommend and we will visit again for sure

The hotel is located right of the centre of city. The walking street have bundle of restaurant and street food, solely the foot step away from the hotel which is super convenient for the guest. The revolving restaurant at the roof top serve the guest breakfast is the plus point of this hotel. The breakfast food variety is good and they have provided 4 to 5 type of soup noodle immediately cook for you. Although hotel itself shown a certain of age, the maintenance and cleanliness still managed well. The only drawback of this hotel is the mattress and pillow is not really comfortable since you can feel the metal spring when you sleep.

我是一個從來不給予評價的網民，但是這條好評一定要給貴酒店，這家酒店真的是看似平平無奇，實則細節方面做得非常好，處處打動到一個做美業的我，絕對的超高，性價比很多細節做得非常好，在這個300左右的價位段的酒店裡能夠配備水果，歡迎禮，配備一次性馬桶墊小童拖鞋，還有卡通圖案的Logo酒店的毛巾，雖然我沒用，但是我可以看得出來酒店的用心非常厚實，衞生也做得特別好，就是當你進入這個酒店的時候，你內心會有一種説不出來的踏實感，最最最最讓我感動的是炎熱的夏季鄭州超高温的天氣保安非常貼心的為你的愛車前擋風玻璃放上了一個遮陽檔。
