This is the first time we stayed this hotel and I asked if the hotel can offer us a better city view. The hotel people was so kind to upgrade us to a high floor and the city view was great and beautiful. The hotel has lot of restaurants to choose , standard and high price restaurants which was good for customer to choose . The hotel room has provide free drinks and snacks for customer which is good in case people feel hungry in the early morning or night. And the only small issue was the bath tub was so slippy and need to place a small met inside the bath tub, otherwise , elder people would easy to fall down and the handle was too low in position to catch when showering .

You can forget about early checkin. Could only preregister strictly after 1230pm and had to come back for room key collection from 3pm onwards. The hotel requires 1000HKD for room deposit. We requested for twin beds but was informed there would be additional charges unlike other establishments who not only accommodated to our requests but they also did their best to make our stay memorable. Honestly we expected better service for the price paid. Wouldn’t consider staying here again when we could get better service elsewhere.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Very convenient to walk around the cotai ***** as well as take busses. The staff at Conrad Macao is amazing each and every member tries to help to the best they can. I would like to thank the team for there efforts and hard work. The best team members are: Concierge: von, rency , Harland The breakfast bunch: sarah Front Office: Leena, David , sheries The time was more than happy to assist me anytime with anything much appreciated guys

The hotel is very clean and I thought very well decorated and designed. The room was much bigger than I expected and had 2 very nice places to sit by the windows - one breakfast bar and one cushioned window sill. My one suggestion would be to have a shower bracket on the wall to make the shower hands free. The bathtub is nice but if you want to shower, it could be more convenient. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Shuttle bus is convenient.

Hotel Okura Macau is super nice. This was our first time to stay at this hotel. We had a very good experience and so glad that we chose this hotel. Our visit was for my birthday and my anniversary date. The hotel staff prepared our room with birthday balloons, butterflies, origami decorations and a lovely card. Then, later at night, a gorgeous birthday cake!. We highly recommend this hotel!

We are happy as our room is being upgraded on the 16/floor. Room size is slightly bigger and have beautiful lake view. We always like the trendy room furnishings of this hotel and so as its location. We will sure book again for our next trip!

Lobi hotel ini luar biasa, dan biliknya terletak di sayap utara, yang lebih dekat dengan Venetian daripada sayap selatan. The staffs was friendly and polite at the check in counter. The interiors of the hotel was very beautiful and the suite rooms are very spacious for two person. Will be back to stay here again

Sasmine, senjy dan liszt, yang mengaturkan bilik untuk saya di kaunter penerimaan tetamu, menaik taraf saya kepada jenis bilik apabila tiada jenis bilik yang sesuai, dan mood saya yang tidak berpuas hati pada asalnya bertambah baik. Pembantu di meja daftar masuk juga hebat! Sebagai jurugambar saya menggunakan kemahiran saya sendiri untuk mengambil gambar hotel. Hotel ini mempunyai payung yang boleh dipinjam Pelayan di restoran kilang hiburan mempunyai sikap yang sangat buruk. Dia menggunakan baucar percuma yang diberikan oleh hotel untuk mendapatkan roti tanduk babi , walaupun saya berada di bilik tetamu. *****, tetapi dia terlupa bahawa statusnya juga sangat rendah.

Awesome service from start to finish! This is our 2nd time coming and they were exceptional! Shout out to Melody for the duty manager for showing us our room and surprising us with a bday celebration for my partner and provided any help we needed. Furthermore, they have a WhatsApp system so it was easier to get items like extra towels.etc without needing to always call. ! The pool was also good , though it was scorching hot so we didn't stay long. The hotel is connected to MGM via a central one mall and you could use their shuttle bus or you could ask for them to help with a taxi, special shoutout to Roasch? For giving us a ride when the taxis weren't available. All in all. Love it and can't wait to come again soon.
