朋友推薦的這家喜鵲愉家酒店，入住後果然很驚喜，在網上預訂後就接到酒店小姐姐的電話，諮詢對房間有沒有特殊需求，會周到安排。前台很漂亮，服務也很熱情，環境衞生什麼的都很不錯，有洗衣房，健身房還有免費的按摩椅，也是很人性化了。設施都很完善 ，酒店在輕紡城內，對面有花卉市場，逛一逛心情還是很美的。房間寬敞 衞生整潔，阿姨打掃衞生很認真，門口公交站牌。酒店停車方便。環境整體温馨，最主要的是送餐可以用機器人，很好玩。果斷又續住一個月，性價比真的很高哇~

衞生環境服務都很好 讓前台送礦泉水什麼的也很快
但是酒店的浴帽質量很差 每一個打開都直接斷了 根本兜不住頭髮
並且酒店隔音很差 不知道是第一天晚上隔壁太吵還是咋樣 半夜三點半做運動吵的我們根本睡不着 後面兩天估計隔壁沒有住人就睡的還挺舒服

酒店外部環境不好，主要是大學路在修，房間臨街，周邊嘈雜，一出門電摩託滿街跑。不適合度假旅遊，比較適合公幹出差。
房間不大，洗手間門設計比較特別，讓有限的空間顯得比較寬敞。
服務生都挺不錯的，熱情有禮，服務規範。贈送了助眠禮盒和歡迎水果、酸奶。延遲退房很合適。
早餐很豐富，冷熱葷素搭配得當，五穀豆漿和肉夾饃很好吃。可惜沒帶手機沒拍照。
贈送的二樓茶館體驗券，我們去嚐了一下信陽毛尖，蠻好的。

中央空調的温度調整的很舒適，房間很大，寬敞明亮，視野開闊，站在窗户邊可以看到南側城市夜景。
房間細節衞生處理的很好，床也很舒適，淋浴的熱水水壓比較大，配備的洗漱用品品質很高。
酒店臨街，但是一點都不嘈雜，晚上睡覺感覺很安靜。
酒店周邊配套很齊全，美食也多，選擇餘地比較大。

PPengguna TetamuThis was a wonderful stay--a rare find in a small city like Dengfeng! I especially appreciated the personal touches that the proprietors imbued into the property. The service was wonderful--the even gifted me some wine and tea--if I needed something, all I had to do was ask. The food was also completely delicious! I never ate anywhere else, there was no need. My only regret is that I didn't stay long enough to sample the entire menu.

PPengguna TetamuLocation is 1 min away next to subway or dongshilipu exit E. Next to hotel is a small mall with a lot of food options from restaurants to small eats. Easy to get to erqi mall, corn tower, east rail station. Hotel surrounding is peaceful at night so it’s nice.
Stayed in room with executive lounge excess with breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktail. Breakfast is good and
Evening cocktail has hot food so worth to go if you have this option. Afternoon tea is optionally as mainly drinks.
Gym is huge and not crowded and open 24 hrs so if you need a hotel with gym ,this is good choice .
Only area for hotel to improve is room temperature in room doesn’t seem to be able to adjust to be cooler.. lucky visit in not in summer.

PPengguna TetamuThis was a great hotel to stay in in Zhengzhou. The staff were professional, friendly and always helpful. The room was clean and had everything that we needed, although if it had an iron we would have appreciated it. The extra touches such as complimentary water and WiFi made it very convenient.
We had their buffet breakfast on the last day of our stay and that was also pretty good. Lots of variety and not too crowded. The food was fresh and tasty.
We will definitely stay there again

MMohamedThis is a hotel that the family can enjoy. It is quiet and they do have a suit that is similar to a 2 room serviced apartment. Reception is simple, helpful, and kind. English is a bit of an issue to communicate with the staff so using an app would help like google translator, bido, WeChat..etc. The hotel has a restaurant that serves only breakfast (no room service meals, lunch, or dinner provided). It is a type of hotel that people come to stay in and they shop around, eat outside..etc. it has a Gem but NO SWIMMING POOL, no coffee shop at the hotel. so it pretty much stays only. I stayed in a suit that is nice, spacious, 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom is big and the bed is very comfortable. another room has 2 single beds that make it very good for the family. The suit has a washing machine, microwave, stove, big fridge but no cooking pots or dishes. there is 3 big TV with 30 channels in this suit. They do have pay-per-view for movies (24 hrs cost 38 RMB). Breakfast is a very nice surprise as it is up to Sheraton standards (this hotel has no universal star ranking- just local ranking). if you buy breakfast it is RMB 48 /person from 8+ years. below that age is free. There is no special price for kids. I enjoy staying one night as I was looking for a serviced apartment and I couldn't find any single serviced apartment listed on Trip.com. Overall, if you are on a short trip up to 2 days for shopping or transit while taking airoplane or train, it will be a good fit.

I would expect there to be a staff member downstairs to greet me and help take my suitcase out of the trunk but there was no one . The entrance to the hotel feels quite random and unprofessional. A few more water bottles and coffee pouches in the rooms would be better. It’s frustrating to keep having to call room service to request them. Otherwise a good hotel, iron and ironing board provided in the room

PPengguna TetamuI stayed at Kaifu International Hotel at the Xinzheng airport for one night due to bad weather. The hotel is only 3 minutes drive away from the terminal and its shuttle pick-up service is almost immediate once you call their front desk (*************). It also has frequent drop-off service. The room is large and well maintained with all necessities. Clean as new. They even allowed me to reuse the room after l checked out but needed to use it for some time to deal with airline re schedule due to weather cancellations. After that they stored my luggage for two days.
I want to mention that the shuttle driver, Mr Zhang, is very nice and helpful. He not only helped with my heavy luggage but also brought them to the terminal when I returned to the airport for my re-scheduled flight one day later. His smile warms me up during the snow storm that caused so much travel interruptions.
I recommend this hotel to everyone who needs to stay at the airport.
由于天气不好，我在新郑机场凯福国际酒店住了一晚。酒店距航站楼仅 3 分钟车程，只要致电前台（0371-88888868），酒店几乎可以立即提供班车接送服务。它还提供频繁的送机服务。房间很大，维护得很好，有所有必需品。干净如新。他们甚至允许我在退房后重新使用房间，但需要使用一段时间来处理因天气取消而重新安排航班的情况。之后他们帮我寄存了两天的行李。
我想说的是，班车司机张先生非常友善且乐于助人。他不仅帮我搬运沉重的行李，还在我一天后返回机场搭乘重新安排的航班时将它们带到航站楼。在导致旅行中断的暴风雪期间，他的微笑让我感到温暖。
我全心全意地推荐这家酒店。

環境：酒店花園式的建築，一座主樓一圈停車場，停車場很充足，住店免費停車，門口保安也很隨和，服務很好，每次出去都給你打招呼
房間面積很大，床墊和床品都很好，帶孩子更好，設施設備完善，但是略顯陳舊，但是乾淨整潔
入住期間前台的領班王啟穎服務熱情，看到有孩子還主動送了小童拖鞋，很好，提前開發票，避免了結賬時等待的時間，房間含雙早，兩個孩子不足1.2米早餐免費，早餐有現磨咖啡，現磨豆漿，還有麪包麥片，以及煎餅果子，小孩子很愛吃！早餐種類也很多，空間寬敞不擁擠，但是空調不太好，有點冷，可能跟窗户大有關係！
住了兩天感覺很舒服！

The walking street have bundle of restaurant and street food, solely the foot step away from the hotel which is super convenient for the guest. The revolving restaurant at the roof top serve the guest breakfast is the plus point of this hotel. The breakfast food variety is good and they have provided 4 to 5 type of soup noodle immediately cook for you. Although hotel itself shown a certain of age, the maintenance and cleanliness still managed well. The only drawback of this hotel is the mattress and pillow is not really comfortable since you can feel the metal spring when you sleep.

Highly recommended if you're going to travel to Zhengzhou and looking for a place to stay. Room rates are affordable yet room amenities are superb 👌 friendly and accommodating staffs from front desk, hskp, restaurant and driver 👌
What I didn't expect?
1. Early check-in without fees (usually kasi in Pinas may fees for early check-in and late check-out. I arrived 2 hrs earlier tanong ko kaagad sa front desk if I can check-in early ang sagot Keyi👌 without additional fees
2. Airport Pickup and Drop Off for Free
3. Clean, comfy and spacious room. Ofc, very tahimik ( I didn't feel winter inside napaka warm)
4. Lahat automatic like switch, 🚽 etc (expected sa China)
