Ulasan Sheraton Zhenjiang Hotel

For the second time in this hotel. It has its grand look and ambience. Room is spacious and has everything is required. Day sofa is also nice. We enjoyed the restaurant for dinner. Just behind the hotel there is a shopping mall. Train station is also walking distance.

Hotel is in a central location, rooms are good.

Service, Check in , Breakfest great, always Stuff friendly, Kevin by check in verry good english everytime in any resent perfekt helpfull.

The aircon was not adjustable even after consultation with hotel staffs. A room temperature of 25°C is a bit high for a good sleep during night. Upon arrival waste paper had been found in the room of a previous guest. During breakfast the plate full of food had been taken away while looking for a cup of coffee at the coffee machine

The experience and customer service was great and location was near train station.

You get what you pay for. Clean, comfort and highly recommended for business travelers.

Walking distance from railway station and has many restaurants and convenience shops nearby. Staffs were friendly and enjoyed good weekend family trip in Zhenjiang.

The location of the hotel is excellent! Walking distance from the train station and many restaurants and stores in the area. The breakfast was really delicious and the variety was a good balance between western and Chinese. The rooms were a little small considering the price, but they were very clean. There was a problem with the AC system, because the settings could not be changed from heat, and we were getting extremely hot. The bed was so comfortable. It made us want to sleep so long. The front desk clerk was not very friendly or welcoming. He kept coughing and therefore was a bit hasty to check us in. Overall, I would say the stay was enjoyable purely for a few amenities, and I would recommend the hotel, but not for a long stay.

到一個陌生城市，選擇熟悉的萬豪系酒店是比較保險的。路過鎮江，我們選擇了康華滙利喜來登酒店，酒店大堂很寬敞，大型的水晶吊燈華麗堂皇。前台辦理入住很專業，很有效率，為我們升了房。房間寬敞明亮，被套有暗花，柔和有檔次。洗漱用品檔次不錯，氣味好聞。早餐豐富，喜歡酒釀和紅糖發糕。從酒店窗户就可以看到，萬達廣場與鎮江高鐵站遙相呼應，酒店的位置真的是超好，吃住行玩購都非常方便。外面很熱鬧，裏面很清靜。很符合我對旅行住宿的要求。

可能是住過最差的萬豪系，由於清明假期，臨時來的鎮江，訂的時候凱悦已經滿房，看到喜來登是19年裝修，並與攜程確認全部房間都已經翻新這才訂下的，結果卻讓人大失所望。 第一，停車的問題。這家喜來登停車問題非常大，車庫非常黑，高德導航會給你導航到停車場出口，打前台電話才知道需要再繞一圈。車庫非常黑，投入使用年份應該非常早，晚來基本沒有位置，隔壁就是萬達停車場，也非常非常擠。其實這不算特別難接受的事，萬一沒有位置，聽禮賓指導，衹有有車位就是了，管他是否收費呢，畢竟是節假日。但是這家酒店禮賓的服務態度顯然超出了我們的預料範圍。 當晚我們6點多出去吃飯，9點多回到酒店，看到門口有個放置着雪糕桶的位置，就問禮賓住店客人是否可以停。禮賓不屑的看了我們一眼：這是我們董事長的車位，不讓停的～ 這是萬豪旗下酒店禮賓應該有的水準嗎？ 他還告訴我們，地下車庫他剛下去看過了，沒有位置，停別的地方去吧😓 真的是氣笑了🤣 第一次遇到萬豪系禮賓這樣的態度，不安排車位也不讓客人停。 最後我們在離這個車位5米的地方，找到一個車位。這個禮賓部人員就像是個擺設，似乎是給董事長服務的。 2個小時後，我下來拿外賣，發現那個位置停了一輛TANK，哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈～笑發財了。 房間確實有點老化，看不出是19年翻新的，也不知道到底翻新了哪個地方。因為換季的關係，清明假期比較熱，工程部來看了之後，開了中央空調的冷氣，確實降温不少。 早餐一般，種類無法跟別的萬豪系列相比，但是鍋蓋麪還是很好吃的。 後續我接到前台的入住體驗調查，説要調監控，也沒有後續了。總體來説，如果是這樣的禮賓服務，非常不值得入住，基本屬於最差的萬豪系。
