Ulasan Comfort Hotel Hakata

This hotel is incredibly convenient—Hakata Station and the main bus terminal are just across the street. There are several restaurants nearby, including my favorites: Ichiran and Starbucks, both right next to the hotel. The breakfast café has a casual, cafeteria-style vibe, but it was very welcoming. Even when we came back late, they still offered a self-service coffee, tea, and water, which was a really thoughtful touch., though I’m not sure if it’s open 24 hours. We were able to bring back dinner and eat it at the café, which made the experience feel even more heartwarming and comfortable. The room was spacious and brightly lit with fluorescent lighting—something refreshingly different from the dim lighting in many other hotels. The service was excellent. One memorable experience I had was when I accidentally left my brand-new bag on a city bus. A female staff member named Ms. Uemoto/上本 went above and beyond to help me—she spent about half an hour on the phone coordinating with the bus company and gave me clear directions to their office. Thanks to her help, I was able to retrieve my bag. I’m truly grateful and appreciate her kindness and dedication. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fukuoka, and I’d happily stay here again.😊

The location is really good but the staff can not speak english.

Nice hotel located opposite Hakata Train Station. Small lobby which looks like an office building instead of hotel lobby. Good breakfast, big spacious room. Room is dusty though.

The room size is okay but the services and cleanliness is really bad. Very dusty and have stain. We only stayed there for one night but that was the worst night out of our trip. We woke up feeling super itchy. Also, the shower amenities were bad. If you're ever going, you might need to consider on getting your own. I wouldn't recommend this hotel as the facilities are old and the cleanliness is bad.

The location is good just opposite hakata station but on the less crowded side of the station. Room side ok just enough for 2 ppl with 2 luggage. The daily breakfast is good..healthy spread

Check in is using a machine, with the help of the staff. Scanned passports and paid accommodation tax. Bath robe, comb, toothbrushes etc are at the lobby, next to the lift.

- should do more maintainence work to keep the hotel. - consider to upgrade the overall lighting - breakfast is good - check out time at 10:00 a. m. is unfair to customers. Internationally it is 12:00 noon and in China there are hotels that offer check out at 14:00 p/m

1. Very good location. Opposite Hakata Station. 2. Poor air con system in room. Warm room and not able to regulate temperature in room. 3. Complimentary simple breakfast. 4. Basic amenities provided in room. 5. Mini fridge is not working well as it freezes everything quickly including drinks and food items.

Convenient location, in front of Hakata Station. Breakfast is ok.

The hotel was in a very good location in front of the main Hakata station. Staff was helpful. However breakfast was terrible . Overall good stay.
