Hotel was okay, but we didn’t have the window, and lights were not to bright. We were staying just 1 night, but if you wanna stay for long term, check the room with windows :) it was not too far from the railway station, and closed to the place have a lot of places that you can visit

Members of staff at the hotel, including receptionists, are very nice and friendly, welcoming my arrival, greetings 'Hello' every time with big smile on their face. My stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. HOWEVER, there is only one small problem. When you book a room, please check very carefully if the room you are booking has a window or not. On the Trip.com site, it says; 'Has a window' 'Partially has a window' 'A fixed window' or something like this. Not only see some photos of the rooms on the website, but also carefully check if the room you are booking surely has a window or not. When I checked-in, I was told that my room had NO window. It was O.K. if you were in your room only to sleep, because the room is large enough, clean enough and comfortable enough. Nothing is wrong with the room itself at all. However, I found on the following morning that I could not see how the weather was like until I actually went outside, because I could not see outside from the window.

Good hotel in good location. And it is quiet facing community zone.

The air conditioning unit was old and a bit difficult to operate.

Good service overall. Nice and friendly receptionists at checkin.

Hotel is nice and reasonable price will be coming back ….

位置在大西路上，步行10分鐘到西津渡，很方便，服務態度好，房間很乾凈，床品舒服，申請延遲退房也滿足了我們，不錯的一次體驗

酒店就在西津渡景區的邊上，進出很方便。 酒店的服務很到位，大堂寬敞明亮。 房間都很乾凈的，本次入駐體驗很好。

太離譜了，沒見過隔音這麼差的，旁邊咳嗽，你聽的一清二楚，旁邊刷牙，聽見他漱口，旁邊打電話，你能清楚聽見他的對話，旁邊抽煙，我這屋都是煙味，太離譜！薰的我一晚上沒睡着，沒有窗户，前台態度也不好，空調也太響了，沒有窗户，空氣不流通，非常悶，還沒有走廊空氣流通，第二天馬上搬走，換酒店

非常乾淨，設施齊全，服務周到，非常雅緻，還能看看書，喝喝茶，去鎮江旅遊必選之地；有一種到家的趕腳，非常温馨。

説走就走的旅行，住在錦江之星環境衞生方面還是比較放心，服務態度也是不錯，基本有問題能立馬解決的。去周邊景點也較為方便，晚上吃飯的地方稍微有點距離，不過吃完飯散散步也就到了。

房間很乾凈， 位置很方便，穿過大西路步行到了西津渡，道路兩旁很熱鬧 住宿環境也很安靜，一夜無夢 下次還會再來

房間有點臭，煙味很重，而且隔音效果比較差，住得不是很舒服，停車的話還是比較方便的，主打的是便宜吧！！
