Very disappointed by the service but seems to be basic absence of Swiss hospitality . Had to change room 3 times as it was fully smoked in not smocking room. Asked if hotel could offer plug for Swiss socket as my European one didn’t fit but they sell it with 15 franks . While leaving country 8 hours later preferred to have phone uncharged than buying plug at hotel. They seem very greedy . Everything is over priced. But this hotel was in range or healthy price In love with window.

Did not match price with hilton price guarantee. Also the bath was not properly clean and soap/shampoo bottles were empty. I had a ticking noise coming from my nightstand, which means something must be wrong with the electronics. The noise kept me up all night.

The hotel is located on a tram stop which is very convenient. It's a 2 minute tram ride to shoppi tivoli shopping centre, and about 25 mins from zurich (1 change at dietikon station, very quick and easy). Staff are very friendly. Rooms are clean and have tea coffee facilities and crabtree Evelyn bathroom toiletries. Didn't use the bar or have breakfast so can't comment. A great alternative to the more expensive city hotels. Would definitely recommend.

Hilton Garden Inn Zurich Limmattal features free wifi, 24-hour front desk services and breakfast (only if you purchased). Check in time is 15:00hrs and check out time is 12:00hrs. We stayed in a King Room Top Floor. The room itself is big there is sufficient walking space, and it is cozy and spacious enough for 1 king bed with a huge window to have a view. In addition to that, it also have a built in wardrobe with a long side table which was really good to put all your travel items, documents and anything else. In terms of room facilities, it features a separate bathroom and toilet cubicle with Crabtree’s shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand wash. They also have Hair dryer and a mini bar fridge are also provided. Wifi is fast and reliable and the room comes with USB sockets. Overall I am satisfied with the stay at this hotel. Thank you.
