Service by the guy who picked us up from the airport is excellent. 10/10!!! Our luggage was damaged during the flight, he called someone to help us repair it. We were short on time for the ferry sailing to Mt Putuo due the weather conditions, that day sailings will be cancelled, (we got to chat in the van when he picked us up from the airport), he said we can just leave the luggages at the front desk and then hurriedly sent us to the port, good thing we made it. That's superb customer service!!! He didn't even want to get a tip, eventually we gave him some dried mango packs from the Philippines. The front desk guy though is a different story, he was super slow, did not know how to handle checking in of foreign passport holders I think. He has our passports and had to ask us our birthdays!! It was also difficult for him to understand the visa dates (expiry and issue dates), and he kept on asking when we arrived, it is just there stamped opposite the visa page, we just actually arrived that day, this is our first hotel. Anyway, free pick up from the airport is best and free sending to the port and then lastly also to the bus station. Great service.

This hotel is rubbish. Don't go there. They don't even turn on the air conditioner for guests. I left the door and window open all night and got a cold. This is a rubbish hotel.

I came to Putuo Mountain to burn incense and worship Buddha again this year. As always, I chose this Kaiyuan Mingting. This time, I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a deluxe suite~ My mother and I are very satisfied with this hotel. It is cost-effective and convenient for transportation. It is close to Banshengdong Pier. You can also make an appointment with the hotel in advance for the pier hotel pick-up!! This is really great. The front desk and several managers are very polite and friendly. P.S. The breakfast downstairs is also very cost-effective. It tastes good and is clean. Come again next year~~

Very good stay experience, clean room, convenient parking, special praise for the uncle at the front desk, warm and thoughtful, caring about our well-being, my family said that next time they come to Zhoushan, they will stay in this hotel again.

The room smells heavily of cigarettes. Maybe the hotel is old and some facilities are not working properly. However, the overall environment is OK. The location is excellent and it belongs to the old city.

The location of this hotel is great, Gaojiazhuang, Donghe Road Market, and the pier are all very close! Someone from the hotel will take you to the pier, and the staff will also help upgrade the room type! There is also a small restaurant downstairs, and the hairtail fish is fresh and delicious!

The room was clean and tidy. The front desk upgraded the room for us for free because we had two children. There were not many people staying during the Qingming Festival. The transportation nearby was convenient. The hotel provided free shuttle bus to Banshengdong Pier. The restaurant recommended by the driver was hygienic and delicious. You can go to the vegetable market to buy what you like and have it processed in the store. I will choose this hotel again when I go to Putuo Mountain to burn incense in the future.

The person who picked up the car was actually one of the bosses. Boss Xia introduced the surroundings enthusiastically. He was so excited that he forgot to take pictures of the hotel. Picture 😂😂, it is comfortable to walk to the beach after dinner. It is convenient and quick to take a boat from Shenjiamen Pier to Putuo Mountain. It avoids the crowds in Zhujiajian. It is highly recommended to stay.

The front desk manager was very friendly and kind, and upgraded our room. The lobby manager was very enthusiastic, helping us to pick up and drop off the nearby ferry terminal for free, and suggesting places to eat. The room was clean and sanitary, and the hotel was very conveniently located. It took us about 15-20 minutes to walk to the food stalls (set up sheds) at Shenjiamen. There were about 45 seafood restaurants connected together, and each one sold similar things. There were many high-end food stalls restaurants across the street. Later, we chose to go to Gaojiazhuang Restaurant across the street. It had a good reputation, the seafood prices were clearly marked, and the environment and service were very good. We stayed for two nights, and took a speedboat from the hotel at 8 o'clock the next day to Putuo Mountain for 20 minutes, which was very convenient. There were a lot of people visiting Putuo Mountain that day. It was Tuesday, and it was very crowded. We had to queue up for a long time to take the minibus, and most of us walked. We returned to the hotel to rest at 4 pm.
