The check-in experience was really wonderful. I came to Zhuhai, China from my hometown Pakistan to participate in the Airshow and for tourism. I've also lived in China for a long time. A friend of mine told me that Atour Hotel in China is quite good, so I wanted to have a try. During my stay, I wanted to experience the food delivery robot service. The front desk staff patiently helped me order my favorite takeout, potato and chicken nuggets with noodles, and arranged for the robot to deliver it. Since I have a little baby with me, they could meet all kinds of our needs. What's more, it was raining heavily outside and I needed to go out to buy some items. The front desk staff saw this and enthusiastically took the initiative to ask if I needed an umbrella for the road. Such service really warmed my heart. When I came back to the hotel, they also offered me hot tea to warm myself up. I felt that I could experience the warmth of Atour even in a foreign country. This airshow was also really great. I've sensed the huge changes in China. So I decided to extend my stay for one more day to continue enjoying the wonderful life at Atour.

Undoubtedly a correct decision in booking this hotel! Hotel room was spacious and clean, breakfast variety was on point, customer service was above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this!!!

前台小姐姐很細心，耐心，很可愛，服務也很熱情，長得也都很好看，酒店周邊環境也很優雅，空氣很清新，聽説新開業不久，所以酒店的設施設備也都很齊全，價格也很合理，衞生很乾凈，房間也非常安靜，不戴耳塞也能睡的很舒服，房間的水也可以隨便喝，都是免費的，有需要的話也可以打電話叫前台再送的，服務非常不錯，真的很喜歡，房間也有貼心的歡迎卡片，真的很温情，總是能打動人心，適合休閑度假，沒事了可以喝個下午茶☕️，靜靜地享受一個人的生活，會員的話書籍也是可以免費借閲的，會員權益真的好處多多，早餐種類很多，非常有營養價值，真的一級棒，酒店的毛巾也很柔軟舒服，輕居的洗髮水沐浴露護髮素也都很好聞哦，還有免費的宵夜可以吃，真的很不錯的，餓了還可以來吃深夜粥道，自助洗衣房、健身房、停車場也都是免費的，點外賣也會有機器人幫忙送到房間門口，真的太方便了，入住體驗非常好👍辦理入住時還有每天現做的果茶喝，真的非常解渴，退房時前台還會貼心的問你入住體驗怎麼樣，路上要不要帶瓶礦泉水之類的，很細節也很暖心的服務，酒店見到的工作人員也都很親切，總體來説還是非常滿意的，會一直選擇住輕居酒店的，真的太讚了！

This hotel is located in an area that is a mix of older fishing villages, new developments, land to be developed and industrial areas. It is positioned somewhat off the main road and has been recently renovated. The service of the staff was excellent. They helped with laundry and reminded me to book (I was waiting for an appartment) if the rooms were running out. The breakfast is great and diverse, as is the cleanliness. There is a very small shop for drinks, chips cigarettes, in front of the hotel. Otherwise restaurants can be found in the innovation hub a few hundred meteres to the left with your back to the hotel. Burgerking, Starbucks, but also Chinese restaurants can be found there. All in all the staff did their best to make my story pleasurable. I am very impressed with the attention to detail and the customer centricness of Atour. They really thought things out from a customer perspective and it is clear to me that a service designer has been at work here. Example: the washing line that you can draw out in the shower, if you need it. This while still maintaining a high regard for interior design. A final plus point. The height of the chairs in relation to the table in room. Often tables are to high and chair to low to work on a laptop (I am 1.80 cm btw) here is was perfect.

對這次的亞朵好滿意～給阿姨留紙條幫我添杯子居然回我紙條了真可愛！每一次遇到工作人員都有親切微笑的打招呼説你好，送洗衣服務也超級棒～房間的細節都做得非常好，半夜讓送東西@海小小晴也都很快送來了～確實這次體驗被圈粉了，下次還會選亞朵！
