Hotel Romantik di Zhuhai

Great stay at Travel Tree Inn! It looked just like the photos, and the reception staff were incredibly helpful. They offered most amenities, making our visit comfortable. We would definitely love to return! Highly recommend!

Booked 2 king rooms for a short stay with my family. Upon arrival at the hotel I was informed that one of the rooms wasn’t ready, not a problem since we did arrive a little early. Staff graciously asked us to wait as they’d push housekeeping to clean the other room and make sure we could have 2 rooms next to eachother. The rooms themselves look fantastic, the decor is looking a bit worse for wear in places (lots of scuff marks and paint peeling of doors) but the views of Macau are to die for. However I do have serious concerns about the hygiene and cleanliness of the property. Upon entering into my room I smelled a strong tobacco smell, even though it was a non smoking room. The windows both in the living room and bathroom were all smudged and greasy with fingerprints and where people had been leaning against them. I thought maybe this was an oversight from housekeeping but upon checking the other room my family was staying in, I saw that the windows there were just as dirty on the inside. Next were the dead cockroaches in the vase next to the door. These had obviously been there for a while since there was dust on them. How housekeeping could have missed them is beyond me since it’s so obvious and the (empty) vase is located right in the middle of the hallway. The absolute worst however was the wooden box that held the amenities in the bathroom. The box was absolutely disgusting, it was full of dust and had hairs in it from previous guests. When I removed a toothbrush I actually saw little bugs crawling all around the box (see red circle). In my opinion this is not befitting a hotel of this standard and price range. Upon checking out the next day I mentioned these hygiene issues to the lady at the desk who spoke perfect English but didn’t seem to care that much. She gave a very “standard” response saying “I’ll tell housekeeping, I hope you’ll try us again next time”. Zero acknowledgment that this complaint would be taken seriously at all. Unfortunately this is not the kind of response one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. A real shame since other than the obvious lack of proper cleaning of the rooms, the hotel itself is wonderful. The staff is very accommodating and generally speak good English. For a St Regis, the pricing is also very agreeable.

I stayed here for 7 days, by the 5th day the bathroom shower was clogged and the bathroom had flooded. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and changed me to a different room. The hotel room was very big and the air conditioning was great for these hot days.

來珠海玩，住的特別舒服特別值得的一家酒店🤭 和家人連住3天，他們一直誇😂 ✅便利的地理位置 酒店位置真沒話説，在市中心，吃飯購物都超方便，離海濱泳場日月貝情侶路都很近 晚上再去夏灣夜市，各種地道的小吃 ✅貼心的服務 在辦理入住的時候，前台小姐姐主動給我們倒茶，問我們要不要喝咖啡，還給我們拿水果吃 這個酒店的設計風格挺特別的，回到宋朝的感覺，很雅緻

👍🏻 位置的確不錯，一出酒店就是情侶可以漫步海旁 如走路到日月貝，應該大約需時30分鐘，我們打車過去大約10多元（有長者不方便踏單車） 房間直接看到日月貝，景色優美 酒店有洗衣房，洗衣機自動有洗衣液 每次叫外賣，也有機械人送上來，速度也不算太久 房間舒適，床大電視大😍空調十分足夠 浴室抽氣很好 喜歡酒店所有物品都有桔子味，香噴噴的👏 👎 我住過多間酒店，這是唯一一間沒有供應咖啡 要到大堂購買，例如牛奶咖啡要29元一杯 我們的衣服是手洗的，洗衣房沒有補充洗衣液，要到大堂領取 離開時因為等了很久也沒有計程車，而我的內地電話剛剛好壞了，所以請求接待處的職員幫忙打車，可惜被拒絕了🙅他們不停叫我自己在程式揸車，但沒有電話號碼驗證不了，最後要走到揚明廣場才能找到計程車 

服務：服務貼心，提前提醒購買船票，下船後即有酒店專用的擺渡車送到酒店，酒店還給升級了房型； 房間：寬敞乾淨，淋浴間還能坐着洗澡，也配備了浴缸；電視機可以靈活調整方向，可以在床上和沙發上看電視，電視節目數量有限，還可以升級一下，投屏功能不是很方便，需要下載軟件； 設施：有個健身房，位置不太好找，但是設施齊全，跑步機、橢圓機、爬樓機、啞鈴等都有，而且健身設備比較高端，跑步機可以直接看電視；健身房也有免費的礦泉水和毛巾提供；室外泳池有兩個，不過天氣太冷沒有使用； 用餐：酒店距離美食聚集地比較遠，所以選擇了酒店自助餐，自助餐種類很多，火鍋、炒菜、燒烤、壽司、蛋糕甜品、冰激凌、麪條、水果、飲料、紅酒啤酒等一應俱全，還可以每人一衹龍蝦，不過味道沒有想象中那麼好，適合人多聚會用餐； 景色：無敵海景，如果是夏秋季節，在露台上看海應該很舒服； 景點：從酒店步行十幾分鍾可以到一個小景點，有婚禮堂之類的建築，還可以通過棧道爬山；

萬山島靜雲山莊，一個遠離城市喧囂的避風港，這家高端度假酒店以獨特的現代中國風建築理念和依山勢而建的錯落有致的設計，成功地將酒店與周邊的水色山光融為一體，讓人彷彿置身於一幅美麗的畫卷之中。 酒店的房間設計精緻，房間內部裝潢古香古色，同時配備了智能客控系統，每個房間都有一個ipad用於操控，極大地提升了居住的便捷性和舒適度。 這次住的庭院大床房，有個小院子，還有一個很寬敞的陽台，衞生間也很寬敞，浴缸都經過消毒，整體來説，房間的品質和舒適度還是值得肯定的。 靜雲山莊的無邊際泳池是其一大亮點，28米長的海景無邊際泳池讓天空、大海和泳池三者無縫相接，給人一種置身於仙境的錯覺。在泳池邊享受着海風輕拂，欣賞着古樹飄香和日落晚霞，無疑是一種極致的享受。 服務方面，山莊提供管家式服務，點名表揚一下管家小敏，服務非常貼心，從接送服務到安排環島遊、觀日出日落、海釣等活動，山莊都能一一滿足客人的需求。還貼心的送了暈船貼、提供了香茅茶防止暈船。 在餐飲方面，酒店提供的下午茶、晚餐和早餐都讓人回味無窮。尤其是以當地新鮮海鮮為主的餐飲，每天都有漁船出海捕撈，確保食材的新鮮美味。此外，酒店還擁有休閑酒吧、書舍等休閑場所，讓客人在享受美食的同時，也能感受到書香雅趣和休閑氛圍。 這裡是渴望遠離城市喧囂、享受寧靜與自然的遊客的理想之選。 不足的地方是萬山島本身配套比較匱乏，幾乎衹能在酒店玩，而酒店的娛樂設備也比較少，只有一個泳池和spa、書吧；早餐種類很少，味道很一般，可能也和島內物資匱乏有關係（據説島上的水價是市區的好幾倍）。 儘管存在一些不足，但酒店的整體環境還是值得稱讚的。對於想要體驗海島風光的遊客來説，這裏無疑是一個不容錯過的選擇。

一進門，就能感受到那種專為電競愛好者打造的氛圍，房間設計巧妙融合了電競元素與浪漫氛圍，上下兩層的佈局既私密又寬敞，非常適合情侶共度時光。 樓下的電競區域配備了高性能電腦和舒適的遊戲椅，無論是玩最新款的遊戲還是觀看電競賽事，體驗都非常流暢。樓上則是温馨的休息區，柔軟的大床和浪漫的燈光讓人放鬆身心。房間內還有高清投影儀，晚上我們選擇了幾部經典電影，享受了一場私人影院般的觀影體驗。 酒店員工服務周到，從入住到退房，每一個細節都處理得恰到好處。總的來説，這次住宿體驗超出了我的預期，我會毫不猶豫地推薦給我的朋友們，尤其是那些既熱愛電競又希望擁有浪漫假期的情侶們。 服務：10 環境：10 衞生：10 設施：10
