Amazing accommodations with indoor theme parks. Spend two full days enjoying hotel facilities and activities in the park. Made me back to my childhood feelings that never get older. . We had a great time.Its the park that is not just playing games also including high standards knowledge for kids to learn. Highly recommended for families with kids under 8 years old in a spaceship hotel.

The room offers a scan-to-order meal service, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel staff are exceptionally welcoming and always smiling, making our stay very pleasant. We had a fantastic experience at the Spaceship Hotel this time and would definitely choose it again if we have the chance. The hotel also provides shuttle buses to various parks, making getting around a breeze. Checking in at the self-service kiosk took only 3 minutes, and for check-out, you just drop your room card into the submarine-themed check-out box – perfect for families with kids who need to stick to a tight schedule. No worries about luggage either; you can store it and enjoy the parks hands-free. Overall, everything was excellent, and the package deal offered superb value for money. The room was very clean, spacious, bright, and well-equipped. The hotel environment was also lovely, quiet, and spotless. The ball pit is great for kids, and the breakfast at the Sailor Buffet Restaurant was delicious with a wide variety of choices. It’s also very easy to get to the restaurant from the hotel. Here, you not only enjoy comfortable accommodation but also get to experience the charm of Chimelong up close. You can quickly reach the Spaceship Park entrance by elevator, which is super convenient. Plus, the park atmosphere is fantastic, the staff are enthusiastic, and there are shuttle buses to all the different parks. The planning is well-thought-out, the facilities are excellent, and both the service and entertainment are top-notch – absolutely great value!

Although the hotel is new, it doesn't meet five-star standards; at best, it's a family-friendly hotel. The beds and pillows are uncomfortable, and there's no bathtub. Each room only comes with two complimentary breakfasts, and you have to pay for children's breakfasts. Staying for three days meant buying three extra breakfasts, which feels like a rip-off. It's clearly a family hotel, yet the complimentary circus tickets don't include children's admission – I'm speechless! Ocean Kingdom is also quite far from the hotel, requiring shuttle bus rides back and forth. Plus, the complimentary circus isn't even inside the park, so all the walking back and forth was exhausting. The airport check-in downstairs only opens at 10 AM, so you can't check in for a midday flight. All in all, there are just too many hidden costs and inconveniences. A bigger hotel isn't always better!

Check-in was super smooth. We enjoyed two days of unlimited fun at the Spaceship Hotel with complimentary drinks and endless snacks. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and they even provided welcome fruit to take with us. The service was exceptional! This is our second time here this year. For families with kids, the Spaceship Hotel is definitely the top choice! There are free shuttle buses to Ocean Kingdom, Chimelong Show, and other Chimelong parks, as well as direct buses to the train station, airport, or other Chimelong resorts, which is incredibly convenient.

Great for family trips! We booked the 2-day, 1-night package for three people, including unlimited access to the Ocean Kingdom. It saved us a lot of money! Facilities: Quite comprehensive. Hygiene: Clean. Environment: Beautiful scenery. Service: Superb service! The breakfast buffet was also good. We'll definitely stay here again next time we bring the kids.

Our last hurrah before school starts! The kids have always loved the Spaceship Hotel, and with direct access to Spaceship Park, rain is never an issue – it's truly one of the best choices. This time, we also enjoyed a free upgrade and late check-out. The room was clean and exquisite, and the customer service proactively provided updates on park activities throughout our stay. After check-out, they even gave the kids little gifts. The attention to detail was exceptional, and it was genuinely a very thoughtful gesture.

Our stay at the Chimelong Spaceship Hotel in Zhuhai was absolutely perfect, truly amazing! The staff would wave and greet us proactively, and check-in was super fast. The hotel is designed like a spaceship, and the lobby is spacious and bright, making you feel like you've stepped into an ocean world. Ocean elements are everywhere, and our child was instantly thrilled. Both check-in and check-out were incredibly efficient, with simple procedures, and luggage storage was completely hassle-free – the experience was top-notch! During check-in, the front desk staff were warm and efficient, completing all formalities in just a few minutes, and even thoughtfully providing information about hotel services and play tips. Check-out was just as convenient, without delaying our itinerary at all, which was a huge relief! Stepping into the room, the clean and tidy environment was a pleasant surprise, and the experience was fantastic. The room was great, the price was reasonable, it included gaming equipment, offered food, and the service was excellent. The location is convenient, perfect for families with children. Check-out was incredibly easy, just as efficient as check-in!

The hotel was great! We went during the last two days of the winter holiday, and it was fully booked, so we could only check in at 4 PM. I have to complain about Trip.com though; this price didn't include tickets to the Spaceship Theme Park, and the order details didn't state or explain that. We only found out when we went to check in that the tickets weren't included, which made it more expensive than buying a package directly from Chimelong's official website.

Chimelong's service has always been excellent. The staff are all super friendly and patient, always ready to help. Even the cleaning staff in less-trafficked public areas greet you warmly. Their service mindset and emotional value are top-notch! The only downside was the guest room. While the premium pricing during Chinese New Year is understandable, and we paid extra to upgrade our room type, there was still a slight disappointment when we first opened the door. I've stayed at the Panda Hotel twice, the Penguin Hotel twice, and the Giraffe Hotel once, and their room facilities and decor always surpassed those at the Spaceship Hotel. On a positive note, Coral Restaurant was a pleasant surprise; my child loved it, and the food was much better than at Sailor Restaurant! The Spaceship Park is also very interesting, with great attention to detail. It's definitely worth a second visit.

3 days and 2 nights, unlimited access for two to Chimelong Spaceship Park and Ocean Kingdom: The hotel facilities are excellent and the environment is lovely. The toiletries are comprehensive and high-quality, and the room was spotlessly clean with soft, comfortable bedding. The buffet offered a wide variety of dishes. The hotel's location is superb, with convenient transportation and frequent shuttle buses, making getting around a breeze. The front desk staff provided excellent service, and both check-in and check-out were very efficient. Chimelong Spaceship Park is right downstairs, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. From Spaceship Park, you can directly access Chimelong Ocean Kingdom! There's also a fireworks viewing platform in Spaceship Park, and the 8 PM fireworks show is absolutely spectacular.

The transportation is very convenient too, being right next to Spaceship Park, and the shuttle bus to and from the park was super handy. We ate very happily! The hotel has great views, and the lobby is very spacious. As soon as I entered the room, I was enveloped in comfort and a sense of technology. The living room was large, with a wide selection at the beverage bar, plus welcome drinks and fruit, which really added to the experience. The room layout was well-designed, with a spacious and comfortable lounging area – the sofa was so soft, once you sat down, you didn't want to get up. In the bedroom, the bed was just the right firmness, and the bedding was skin-friendly and breathable, very comfortable. Highly recommend! The staff were warm and patient, helping to solve all sorts of issues, always available, and offered service with a smile. The breakfast had a rich selection, including cartoon-shaped pastries that the kids adored. There's a convenient shuttle bus from the hotel to the park, making travel easy. We'll definitely come back to Spaceship Park next time!

I brought my 9-year-old son to Chimelong, and the Spaceship Hotel was perfect. It's right next to the Spaceship Hotel theme park, and we managed to visit both parks in two days and two nights, walking about 20,000 steps daily. The light and fireworks show can be enjoyed conveniently from Deck Club on the hotel's third floor. The butler service here deserves a five-star rating; it was incredibly attentive. My queries at past 11 PM were answered very promptly. The breakfast was much better than I expected for a theme park hotel. I'll definitely choose the Spaceship Hotel again on my next visit to Chimelong.

The room was very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. We could even see the Ocean Kingdom fireworks show from our window. The infinity pool on the 28th floor offered a stunning view. I'd like to give a special shout-out to the restaurant. We had an early flight the next day and wouldn't have time for breakfast, but with kids and seniors in our group, they kindly arranged pastries, yogurt, and fruit for us to take away. We really appreciate it! For food delivery, you need to go downstairs to pick it up, which is quite convenient as it's right next to the shuttle bus stop (near the city terminal). The delivery person will call out the last few digits of your phone number, so just listen out for it.

The balcony in the room had excellent natural light and ventilation, and the bathroom was clean and had a separate wet and dry area. The balcony was also very big, perfect for drying clothes, and the wardrobe was spacious with plenty of hangers provided, which was great. The infinity pool offered a fantastic view, and the gym had a good variety of equipment; both experiences were excellent. The dining experience was exceptional, too. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, with a balanced nutritional offering, from delicate pastries to warm, specialty porridges, satisfying everyone in the family. The hotel's restaurant specialized in creative cuisine, using fresh ingredients and unique cooking methods. Each dish was like a work of art, not only delicious but also visually appealing. I'm very satisfied and will definitely return. The staff were super efficient and even helped with luggage storage, which was incredibly thoughtful. The environment was beautiful, the service attentive, and the facilities excellent, with clean, tidy, and comfortable rooms. The hotel's surroundings were picturesque and quiet, and it was convenient for getting to the airport, with many good restaurants nearby. The park security was diligent, and the greenery was lush, making the air very pleasant. Highly recommended, I'll be back next time!
