I was very satisfied with the hotel! Firstly, the front desk service was incredibly warm and friendly. Secondly, the room size was quite spacious. Thirdly, the breakfast spread was plentiful, featuring local specialties. The Zhoucun sesame cakes were delicious, and there was a good variety of fruit. Fourthly, they even gave me a small souvenir when I checked out. Fifthly, the hotel is conveniently located in Zhangdian District, very close to attractions like Badaju and popular BBQ spots. Zhangdian Children's Park is also nearby. Sixthly, the hotel's parking lot was a decent size, making parking easy and convenient. Here are some personal thoughts as well: Firstly, the quantity of stir-fried dishes at breakfast wasn't small, and the ingredients were fresh. However, I felt the taste was a bit lacking, almost as if it didn't quite do justice to such good ingredients. 😂🤭 Secondly, the hotel lighting was a bit too dim. Even with all the lights on, it wasn't very bright. I guess personal preferences vary; perhaps some people enjoy that ambiance, but I prefer a brighter room. Conversely, when I wanted to sleep, I tried to turn off all the lights for complete darkness, but the nightlight stayed on. I couldn't turn it off. I'm not sure if I couldn't find the right way to operate it or if that's just how it is.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the large parking lot makes parking convenient. The front desk staff kindly upgraded my room and arranged a quiet one. The room itself was spacious with a good wet/dry separation in the bathroom. The facilities were comprehensive and new. The hallways and rooms were carpeted, making for quiet footsteps and good sound insulation. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the service was attentive. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning was a bit noisy when it kicked in at night, but I just turned it off, and it wasn't cold. The restaurant on the second floor was warm and offered a rich breakfast spread, including freshly made wontons, noodles, Zhoucun sesame cakes, and a good variety of fruits – a really enjoyable meal. When I left, I noticed someone smoking in the elevator corridor. This is something that definitely needs better management and more sensitive smoke detectors. The front desk staff member I reported it to immediately said he would handle it. As a guest, I also believe we need to improve our awareness of safety.

The hotel staff were very welcoming and the place was spotless. The room was cozy and the location was fantastic. The front desk was also very friendly and even upgraded our room. This wasn't just a one-time pleasant and comfortable stay; we've had consistently great experiences here.

I visited Zibo as per my business trip's requirement. The hotel is good and clean. Breakfast are ok and you can get what you want. Better to have a coffee machine to serve coffee to customer during breakfast time. Kind reminded that, if you need to catch the early schedule high speed train in the morning, please reserve more time for ordering taxi and also for the traffic jam. I missed my original high speed train to Ningbo and I suffered a lot with the other trains.

This Hotel is quite nice .The front desk staff was helpful enough. Location is quite central ,room is spacious and a and clean. Recommend .

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made for a pleasant stay. It would have been even better if four bottles of drinking water were provided for the twin room, as that would have added a thoughtful touch. Everything else was perfect—especially the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of delicious options. One small concern: I noticed the overhead schedulers above the lobby sofa looked a bit precarious and could potentially fall. I intended to mention it to the staff, but my taxi arrived just as I was about to leave. If possible, please inform the hotel so they can address this for the safety of future guests.

It is a fabulous property located close to all the major attractions in the city. The staff, service and rooms are excellent. Recommend it!

Great experience with the hotel service especially with friendly hotel staff (xiaoshun). Highly recommend for anyone who wishes to visit zibo.

it was good location, near to center. Breakfast was average, need to improve for foreign nations

Very nice people and willing to help. Room quite ok with confortable bed. They have a robot for delivering things to the room. People struggle a bit with English.
