There's a bus stop just outside the hotel that goes go zurich hb. Tram station is a 5min walk away. 15min walk to supermarket and train station. Hotel cleanliness is an issue. I found hairs in my towels on my first day. Air con does not cool the room down. Room is too stuffy. If you wan to save electricity due to environmental law, at least consider installing fans. Not much tv channels. Breakfast is normal not much variety. room service is not 24hours. Hotel service is below standard.

The hotel is located near the train station and bus station so it is very convenient to go everywhere.

I don’t know why a front officer call Lory can use swear word to me. I don’t know why such a big hotel you don’t have a duty manager in the morning. This is my first visit to Switzerland, and I have a deep feeling of the racial discrimination in Switzerland because of your hotel. I just want a new dryer as the room’s one is out of order. And the first time I call the front desk, they just thought it is because I didn’t know how to use it…I already said it’s not working at the beginning, it’s totally out of order,but anyway she said she will send someone to have a look. Then, I waited for 15 minutes nobody came, I call the housekeeping said I need a new dryer, they said hold on and cut my lines. I feel inexplicable, why everyone with such an unreasonable attitude for me. I waited another 10 minutes, still no one came. And I call front desk 3 times , nobody pick up the phone, I call housekeeping for 5 times , they just cut me 5 times…just pick up and cut, didn’t said anything. In summary, I feel very angry. Fighting back my anger, I went downstairs with wet hair to the front desk. I said to Lory that I want speak to the duty manager. She said she is busy as the guest. I feel really cold and told her just call the duty manager ok? And then She spent a long time lecturing me not to interrupt her and constantly accusing me. Hello? I don’t want to talk to you I just need to talk to the duty manager, you have such a time to lecture me already make a phone call to the duty manager right? Then I pick up the phone of front desk and said , ok you busy then just tell me the duty phone number of the manager I can call him by myself. The front officer Lory just shouting me and said you don’t do that I will call the police and she chased me out with words. A few minutes after she lectured me with her words, Brick called me an expletive at another person. Finally a man bring me a dryer and said nothing. The duty manager never showed up. Lory looked at me defiantly until I checked out, but I didn't have time to talk to her on my way to the airport. I feel extremely disappointed with your company that all of the staff of hotel just picking on me with an Asian girl. This is what you call equality in Europe.

Service was good. A bit far from the tourist spots. Room was very clean and had plenty of amenities. Woke up the next morning and saw water leaking from ceiling.

Staffs are quite nice and friendly. Nice mattress. Breakfast is of many choices.

Hotel was in a good location and convenient. Good place for overnight stay and for city tour for a couple of days

商務出差,酒店門口有公交站台,離oerlikon火車站很近,11路電車可以去市區,交通非常便利。酒店很温馨,房間牆紙是草綠色的,讓人看着非常舒服。前台小哥和餐廳工作人員都很熱情。下次來蘇黎世還住這裏~~~

酒店位置方便 距離車站都只係十分鐘路程 可轉乘巴士直達門口 房間內木地板 舒服 比地墊更安心 仲好乾淨 床鋪都乾淨 企理

酒店就在會展中心對面,交通和餐飲都很方便。房間面積在歐洲還對得起4星標準。房間沒有配置熨衣板,這點不太像holiday inn的配置。

在蘇黎世展覽館邊上,停車場挺大的,方便自駕,停車費24,在瑞士這地方相對算比較便宜的了。含第二天的早餐,吃完就直接去機場,了路程也不遠。

일단 취리히 중앙역에서 멀어오, 공항 갈 목적에만 적합합니다. 취리히 다른 호텔에 없는 deposit 사전 결제가 있고, 체크아웃 후 취소되는데 오랜 시간이 걸립니다.
