Very conveniently placed near a trem hub station.. a lot of bakery , restaurant , and supermarkets in the area.
The room is a bit packed but given that the hotel has been built for a long time ago, but the buildings has been renovated to a nice standard..
The staffs is very helpfull & very accomodating. To a poin of giving us an earlier check in (which is very uncommon in swiss) because they concerned of how tired we looked when we arrived at the hotel

I am pleased with my overall stay at Hotel Stroller. My only comment/complaint is the glasses. There are disposable paper cups instead of glass and/or porcelain. Water, soda, coffee are complementary. No conditioner. Shampoo and body wash are the same. Luckily I had my belongings with me.

The hotel staffs are so nice and talkative. Also, the services are great! The location are excellent for traveler explore the city!

The place is clean and comfortable. Location is good and very near the tram. Only 10 minutes to the main station.
The view form the balcony is nice

A little far from the city centre but the tram is directly outside the hotel which makes access very easy. Room was clean and nice. Overall a good stay!

Staff and everything else are excellent. Location are a little not that convenient. If you are looking for a "worth the money" place to stay, than this hotel is excellent!

Was disappointed with Mercure hotel as they was not air conditioning during our stay which was in Summer!! When I make my booking and was clearly mentioned with air cond. We have made a complaint to the hotel and was told is centralisation and control by the hotel and also due to air ventilation 😰 if it winter time we can understand but is Summer!! And the temperature up to 34c !! We have no choice and borrowed a fan from the hotel…very bad experience.
