Staff are niece, the location is good 20 minutes from center. However, I booked the room with crib, but I was not provided though I asked multiple times. The room was not clean, nor was the bathroom. Breakfast was ok, and had varieties……………..

We arrived on the 22 and was welcomed by ismail and checked in by shams from reception both were super nice and instantly gave us one of the best first impression any one can ask for. Our first day we had shawarma from black city and it was the best shawarma we ever had and made us go back again for the taste of it several times. Definitely recommend every one to try. We had the best service by our special favorite orkhan who was super friendly and the team made sure we get the best service. We had to just look once and literally the staff comes running to help. 10/10 for the attentiveness and details of the black city staff. We tried green house but the food is same as white city. Would have been amazing if they had a different cuisine than white city. We had the best shisha made by Hussain who was very kind but didn’t get the same smile and sweetness from the other staff in green house. Service was not bad but as we had an amazing experience from black city where all the staff are super attentive was a little down fall. We had dinner in white city and couldn’t order anything else after we tried the honey baby chicken which was absolutely delicious. We also had lunch twice in white city but the service was super slow due to lack of staff but David while we noticed it was definitely a time of rush he had done amazing while doing the service with a very energetic smile and a very positive vibe. The hotel has a beautiful steam room, sauna and a pool. I met gulshan from spa while I went for sauna who always was super attentive kind with a gorgeous smile. It is beautiful to go for a walk out side the hotel as it’s near a park with ocean views. We had met amazing locals as well as everyone we met were super kind. The hotel has beautiful garden and greenery around the property. We usually take pictures in every country we go but we fell in love with the gardens and the colours around we took pictures just out side the hotel. Lots of mini butterflies and just super pretty and beautiful colorfulness around the hotel. The rooms are spacious and if you love mirrors this would be a perfect place as the hallway to room are filled with huge mirrors. The only problem we faced was that the hotel didn’t have a eu plug and we had to take a walk to get them on the first day but other than that didn’t have any issues. Lastly was checked out by Orkhan from reception who was funny and sweet asked us about our stay and had a good last impression as well. All together a great team at marriot and definitely would recommend to stay as the hotel is beautiful with amazing facilities and to top of has amazing staff with delicious food. Personally this was the best vacation 💕

هتل دایموند واقع در شهر زیبای باکو می باشد و دارای اتاقهای مرتب وتمیز وسرویس دهی خیلی خوب پرسنل خوشرو صبحانه عالی وصپاخیلی تمیز میباشد فضای هتل بسیار آرام ودلنشین است. سرویس دهی به اتاقهای هتل موجود است با قیمتهای خیلی مناسب، فاصله هتل تا مرکز شهر ۱۰ دقیقه میباشد هزینه تاکسی ۳ مانات.

Professional Management, lovely stay, perfect neighbourhood, suitable for a getaway from the crowded city and you can still commute there easily, we would like to thank Ms.Layla and Mr.Ali and all of the premire hotel staff for their high level of service, was a great stay, highly recommended

Отель выбирала долго и мучительно, потому, что очень мало отзывов. А те, что были не давали представления в целом об этом месте. Выбрала из-за удобного расположения и доступности к достопримечательностям города. Итак, Отель находится в «Старом городе». Таксист долго петлял в поисках отеля. После того как сказали, что это здание «Черт побери» нашли. Заехали в отель уже заполночь. (поздний прилет) на ресепшен нас встретил сотрудник отеля, который не говорит на русском языке, пришлось объясняться на английском. Расплатившись за отель (можно в евро), нам выдали 1 электронный ключ (на троих взрослых) и проводили до номера. Молодой человек донес до 3-го этажа наши чемоданы. Номер большой с тремя отдельными кроватями (это был основной критерий при выборе отеля). Окно небольшое-выходит во двор. Описание номера полностью совпадает с описанием на сайтах. В номере есть все необходимое. Чайник и чайные принадлежности, стаканы, вода (докладывалась только с уборкой в номере). Большой шкаф, в котором не хватало «плечиков»-вешалок. Кондиционер работал исправно. Но почему то он периодически (или его выключали) отключался когда мы уходили вечером гулять. Вай-фай в номере тоже хороший. В ванной: шампунь, мыло, гель для душа. Полотенец и халатов не хватало, при бронировании номера для 3-х человек, халатов и полотенец было на 2-х. Утром попросили – с уборкой доложили. Душевая кабина немного протекала, после принятия душа на полу скапливалась вода. Проблему решили- попросили полотенца для ног. Были перебои с холодной водой. Горячая текла исправно! Сотрудники отеля на ресепшен очень отзывчивые люди!! Был также молодой человек, говоривший на русском языке. В дальнейшем, наши проблемы и вопросы решали через него. Он же нам подсказал куда лучше поехать на пляж. Ресторан находится на 4-ом этаже здания- на крыше. Есть терраса с видом на Сад филармонии и Пламенные башни. Завтраки однообразные: яйца отварные, яичница и яичница с колбасой, сосиски, в нарезке 2 вида колбасы и сыр ( тарелки маленькие- порой нам не доставалось, приходилось просить) молоко и кукурузные шарики, батон, масло варенье, оливки. Чайник с кипятком, растворимый кофе и чай в пакетах. Очень маленькая тарелка с фруктами (арбуз, персик слива) В первый же день сотрудники ресторана (их два, один немного говорит по русски) предложили нам кофе по-турецки и чай в чайничке. И так каждое утро, завидев нас, готовили ВКУСНЫЙ чай и кофе. Даже пару раз подали отдельную тарелку фруктовой нарезки!!! Отдельное им за это спасибо. Вечером подают чай из самовара. Играет живая музыка. В общем: нашим выбором отеля мы остались довольны. Сотрудники отеля и ресторана очень вежливые и отзывчивые. Стараются помочь и угодить гостям. Об уборке номера нужно напоминать на ресепшене!!! Отель находится в шаговой доступности от достопримечательностей города. Рядом станция метро, Девичья б

The reason why I came to Baku was that they told me a lot about Baku and I wanted to come and see it. It so happened that we came with a group and chose Qafqaz Baku City hotel. The hotel is beautiful and most of all, the staff have smiling faces, the rooms seem to have been renovated but they were clean, I thank all the staff and the night manager Mr Elfan, advised us on the best places to visit in Baku, and most importantly, he showed us the Old City on the map. In general, I left this hotel with good memories

The location of the hotel is excellent, clean and close to Nizami Street. The hotel staff is very nice and helpful. All thanks and respect to the distinguished management and I wish them success.Special thanks to the hotel manager Niger for her cooperation and interest. This will not be the last visit to Baku and we look forward to a future visit in the coming years, God willing.

I wouldn't rate this hotel as 5-star, but our experience was entirely adequate. Centrally located, the hotel was near to most tourist attractions in Baku. We chose to book the cheapest room, as it had a very attractive price. While it was well appointed, this was a mistake. The room was windowless and while spacious, was quite hot. My top tip would be to pay a little extra for a room with windows. This will make your stay exponentially better.

Terrible hotel. They have bugs! Vermins. I have dozens of bites. Also they have roaches everywhere. Do not recommend. The food is not good... very much disappointed with this place. Rooms are not clean. Towels which are supposed to be white.. are yellow and brown
