Ini boleh dikatakan penginapan paling selesa yang saya miliki sejak saya mula mengembara! Kebersihan: Tuala mandi pakai buang dan tempat duduk tandas pakai buang telah disediakan, bonus sebenar untuk seseorang seperti saya yang mengalami gangguan obsesif-kompulsif, kerana saya tidak perlu menyediakan sebarang bekalan tambahan. Persekitaran: Terletak di lorong kecil, dengan jambatan kecil dan air yang mengalir di luar tingkap, ia adalah tempat percutian yang aman yang anda tidak akan bosan. Kemudahan: Kemudahan bilik adalah serba baharu dan sangat mesra pengguna. Bilik mandi mempunyai kawasan basah dan kering yang berasingan, mesin basuh yang berasingan, dan mereka menyediakan detergen dobi dengan teliti! Perkhidmatan: Sangat disyorkan!!! Saya tiba selepas 11 malam pada hari Jumaat, dan pemilik mempunyai pelayan menunggu untuk menjemput saya. Dia mengatur segala-galanya untuk saya sebelum akhirnya saya boleh pulang dan berehat! Dari saat saya menempah B&B hingga saya berlepas, pemilik memberikan peringatan dan bantuan yang bernas sepanjang dua hari. Setiap butiran telah dipertimbangkan dengan teliti! Saya pasti akan memilih tempat ini lagi apabila saya melawat Suzhou lain kali!

Sangat berpuas hati dengan homestay ini! Biliknya bersih, kemas dan kemudahan serba lengkap. Penginapan ini terletak di tepi sungai, lokasinya antara gerbang pintu masuk kawasan pelancongan dan Jembatan Kembar (Shuang Qiao), sangat memudahkan pergerakan, untuk membeli-belah dan melawat tempat-tempat menarik. Pada waktu malam, persekitaran di sini juga sangat tenang dan sunyi, sesuai untuk tidur. Pada waktu malam, saya duduk di kerusi santai yang disediakan oleh pemilik (lengkap dengan ubat nyamuk untuk mengelakkan gigitan serangga) di tepi sungai, sambil merokok, menghirup teh, dan menikmati angin malam yang sejuk. (Pemilik wanita berulang kali bertanya sama ada saya memerlukan termos air panas dihantar ke bilik). Sambil memerhatikan bot-bot pelancong berulang-alik (dan pelbagai gelagat penumpang), mendengar nyanyian pendayung perahu, dan sekadar termenung. Sungguh mengasyikkan! Sebelum bertolak pulang, pemilik juga menghulurkan buah tangan berupa snek kecil. Ketika melawat pekan lama, saya telah melihat banyak homestay dan rumah tumpangan lain. Selepas membuat perbandingan menyeluruh, saya pasti akan memilih tempat ini untuk menginap apabila kembali ke Pekan Lama Zhouzhuang lagi.

This hotel is exactly like the other reviews: old, poor soundproof, hard beds, but really well located. However, the room I booked was way too noisy: I think it was next to the street because I could hear people shouting late at night and in the morning. I could hear them way too well, even though there was no window in the room. It was that bad that I asked to change rooms. Fortunately we got upgraded to another room for free. This one was on the second floor, I could finally sleep and get some rest in peace, but if people passed by talking, I could still hear them. At least not a lot of people passed by. The rest is OK, as you can see in the pictures. Beds could be softer for a hotel, but for the price I paid, I won’t complain. The hotel is at first hard to find because its entrance is in a small lane, but conveniently located near Dongguan and Pishi streets, as well as Ge and Ho gardens (approx. 20 mins walking each).

Word of advice for people who didnt know, the hotel is right smack in the middle of non-car access area. After alighting, you should use trip app call function to call the hotel so that they bring a old trolley to pull your luggage for you. It is in a tourism spot so super convenient to eat and shop. But it is a door that is at a side lane, and also that is kept closed at all times, see pic 4. At night, if you are lucky, there are 2 lantern lights lit for you, see pic 5. However, the girls at the lobby are super helpful. They operate the dining area across, so they sometimes disappear from counter. But they are helpful when you ask them things. They even ordered a late night noodles for me when i told them i do not have a ******* app. Lovely stay.

Would 100% come again and definitely recommend! Before we arrived, the staff reached out to us on Trip to see what time we would arrive. When we reached, they helped to take our luggage up to our rooms & also provided special decorations in the room after we told them it was our 7th year anniversary! The room was very clean, neat, and aesthetic. Cozy and warm when we arrived as well. The location is also superb (~10 min walk away from Pingjiang Road & right by popular attractions like the Suzhou Museum & Humble Administrators Garden). They also upgraded us to another room when there ended up being construction nearby our original room. Overall we felt very cared for and happy to have chose this hotel for our first time in Suzhou. :)

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. Everyone was friendly, but I especially want to thank Lucas for going the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and truly memorable. He was always ready to help and his kindness left a lasting impression. The whole environment of the hotel was just out of this world, peaceful, relaxing, and so beautifully maintained. Everywhere we went, from the lobby to the rooms, you could feel the effort put into keeping the place in top shape. Our room was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a good rest after a long day. It really felt like a home away from home. Overall, it was such a pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay that combines comfort, great service, and a warm atmosphere. Can’t wait to come back again!

Hôtel was in a good location, we can go to the lake just by walking

Best host during our trip! She was very helpful and super friendly, and gave awesome tips as we asked for a good restaurant and photo service. The location is great, next to the canal. Check the floor and location of the room before booking.

房間很大，寬敞，主要是環境好，民宿本來就是個園子，有假山池塘，鬧中取靜，兩衹大鵝也非常可愛。行李寄存，管家開好房間以後貼心的提前開了空調。另外早飯很不錯，麪條好吃。民宿離南長街很近，溜達着就過去了，附近吃飯的地方也多，交通方便。

地點就在熱鬧的東關街的一條小巷子裏。小巷聽不到東關街的熱鬧，房間很乾凈，也很清靜，晚晚可以安心的睡覺。我們從楊州東站打車到文昌中路附近的楊州人保。蘇先生會在3分鐘用小電車載我們到入住。他很細心也很好客。服務人員也很熱情。我們想吃螃蟹和到地的美食，蘇先生都一一的和我們講解和發了微信。我們也真的去了好幾家吃飯。太棒了。下次來楊州，我們一定會再入住這間客棧。真心的推薦。
